Great Customer Service
Very patient with us whilst waiting for our group to arrive and then organise our lanes and shoes.

Honestly i had the chips and gravy on Tuesday the 14/11/23 straight away I felt sick and I'm still sick to this day I will no longer be getting food from this place as it was food poisoning

Love the atmosphere. Noise level is tolerable, no loud insidious music, just the cheering of the bowlers. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Food is ok if you like burgers, hotdogs, chips.

Dave has very bad customer service. We have been here plenty of times, but this time, we had to deal with Dave. He is rude and ignored us when we asked him a question. Came across culturally insensitive. I feel he did not like us.

I come here with my clients all the time and have never had a problem until I went in with my family on 7/10/2023. The older man with the ponytail named DAVID, was soooooo rude. He totally ignored me when I tried to state that every other time we have come we've had the choice of wearing our own sneakers or their crusty old bowling shoes. All he repeatedly said to me was No! Nooo! No! And Nooo! I don't know why people like him are actually employed when they clearly have no customer service skills or maybe hes just being racially insensitive as I am a colored person.

Went with my partner and youngest daughter to bowl and play some mini golf. Service was welcoming, very clean, no shortage of light bowling balls, love the glow mini golf. Will definitely go back

I bring my client for Bowling every Monday Evening. I have had a great time and excellent customer service for the past one year with two lovely ladies until a new lady replaced them this year. She has an attitude while serving customers. She once walked away from me when l was making an order. Last week on Monday 8/5/2023 when l was making an order by pointing on the menu and requested for nugget combo she shouted at me saying "stop being rude". I was left in shock and asked whether making an order for food at this Cafeteria is being rude. I was later served
half-cooked chicken nuggets. I have made a decision to start carrying my own dinner when l come for bowling from 15/5/2023.
My worry today is, how sure are we that the same is not happening to the vulnerable clients we bring in for bowling?

Family Fun for all ages. You can order your meal at reasonable prices. They have one of the best Hot Crispy Chips to die for!

Staff are a little stressed and can be a little grumpy, but other than that, love this place and the (slightly moody) staff there. Most of the time its all fantastic.

It's a nice place with a small golf course. Best to book for the bowling in case but golf course doesn't.

Not sanctioned for real comps, old and run down. Smells festy. Look up and all I can see is a bunch of mold as their evap air con or roof is leaking bad. Some staff are better than others. Don't get your pro gear from here.

Use to be a regular at this venue but the new staff is very rude and unfriendly. Not going back there and won't recomend it to anyone.

Staff were so rude, @ 7: 30pm we were told they couldn't make a spider (scoop of ice cream in soft drink) or food. Could only cook hot chips as they need time to clean. 1hr before close time is a joke. No bowling yet there's lanes what a waste of time and money.

This place is ok, a bit run down on the outside. However, if your looking for a cheap place to do either blowing or indoor golf this place is pretty good.

Was disgustingly dirty, wasn't clean at all, no one was wearing mask like your meant to!
Rude staff and would never go back

Myself and a few friends went there, now 7 of us have covid! I don’t know what you guys do to sanitise but it definitely needs improvement! Covid infected bowling balls…. Or dino nuggets!

Bowling was fun though!

Horrible service, I came in with friends to play a game and was yelled at by some douche in a ponytale. He did this because “you didn’t book in, we are really busy and you are ruining it for everyone else. ” He says this as there are 15 lanes open…

Lies about pricing on website, extremely rude to customers. Wish I could rate this lower than 1 star.

I find other reviews of this place baffling as our experience was quite different. I found the customer service lacking and the guy serving us came across as though he didn’t want to be there. I wouldn’t bother wasting money on the mini golf and just play another game of bowling. It was a very weak setup and you aren’t even given scoring cards to play with. Hardly ‘glow in the dark’ and just one singular room with some very basic holes. Good for kids, but rather dull for adults. The centre in general is quite run down and old and the floor was more slippery than most other bowling alleys I have been to (I also used to work at 2) and ended up rolling my foot on the last throw due to slipping (no I didn’t cross over the line). It’s ok, but could be improved upon.

Great place to bowl and eat.it has actually improved a lot since my last post.it is the most competitive lanes if you are a league bowler.high scores are earned here
