My family members have come here to purchase many white goods and have had nothing but a great experience. All products have been warranted and have been provided with excellent service when products have been faulty or not as expected. Highly recommend.

I bought a westinghouse fridge from them 6 months ago and it was working fine at the beginning till the end of the 3 months warranty. After 4 months I started hearing a strange sound somtimes near the freezer and now it trips the switch power. I found that the defrost heater needs to be changed and the repair cost is the same as the price I pay for it when I bought.

I needed a brake lever for my 20 year old Hoover top loader. New one no longer available. Went here and the gentleman in charge who was very helpful found one in his spare parts. Awesome.

I purchased a dryer around 1200 and it was delivered by 200pm. The guy in the store and the young delivery guy were excellent. The guy took away the old one and lifted the new one onto the ledge all for an amazing $30. I thoroughly recommend them for any white goods.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE I have just brought the Washing machine from store and it dont work. It dont work for any single time is was come from store and I try to wash. It was defective. Now They are saying we cant not refund or exchange the machine so I have lost my Money I am not recommend anyone out there. Staff is very unhelpful so plz dont take any product from there. This pleople still the money it was just next day of buying product from this store.

After my dishwasher was returned for its second failure in 2 months, they admitted lying about repairing it (both verbally and via email), then broke Australian retail law by refusing my request for a refund. After three weeks of them not returning my dishwasher and trying to negotiate a refund with them, they agreed to 'buy' the dishwasher for half of what I paid rather than return it. Friendly in-store staff talk about their products' quality and back it up with a warranty that, in my case, wasn't worth the paper it's written on. Don't bother unless you're happy to lose your money.

My family and I have bought 3 items from the electrical white goods centre.
We have all been very happy both with the quality of our fridge, washing machine and dryer.
I have had my dryer serviced by the shop and the help and assistance I received was exceptional and the cost in comparison to using a company service tech was nearly a $100's different.

I recently purchased a fridge and washing machine- fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Great experience and would recommend. A staff member even delivered the items and helped us with installation!:)

DO NOT BUY HERE! Quite keen to sell a refurbished machine. BUT. It was delivered with enough water still in the hoses to completely flood the laundry floor but without the most basic of hose attachment, which would be a dime-a-dozen! When I contacted the owner, he was excessively rude, even threatening to come to my house and confront me. Refurbished should mean refurbished, and customer service would help tremendously!

Unbelievable experience.
I have been through other refurbished whitegoods suppliers in Adelaide previously and have genuinely been a little disappointed.
Electrical Whitegoods Centre have provided fantastic customer service and were able to deliver within a short time period which was convenient to me.
I'd highly recommend and have already sent friends.

Recently bought a fridge from here. Their service was amazing! They were super helpful with the decision and knowledgeable, the prices are great and there is so much to choose from! Fridge was delivered the very next day. Will be going here for all of my white goods.

Based on the multiple purchases we have made, we have had a great experience. The staff are always very helpful. With the 1 issue we had, it was resolved straight away without question.

I always reccomend them and will continue to reccomend and use their service myself. We bought both our fridge and washing machine from them. For the second time (first time abt 15 years ago) I found another F&P washing machine. Visited yesterday, Sunday
Oct 3 2019. Came away with a 7.5 kg $250 on ticket but $100 off when paying. Young man serving, was busy, but provided fantastic service. Thank you so much.
