Hawthorn EFM is a fantastic gym and I highly recommend it.
The gym has a friendly welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Members are a variety of ages and fitness levels and everyone is catered for. Marc is an exceptional coach as are all the coaches. There are different programs daily so it never gets boring with a focus on a range of areas including cardio, strength, balance, flexibility etc. The coaches are happy to modify programs if required. The best thing is you get individual coaching in a small group setting. You can attend as often as you like including yoga and pilates classes, that’s real value for money.
