11Spotlessly clean but we could hear the tv in the adjoining room. Fortunately that guest retired early. The location is right in town. Definitely as good as it gets!

Paul and Cathryn were amazing hosts, with friendly chats and a great service overall. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the contactless check in process was easy to follow and very innovative. We were able to check in very late with no troubles, and Paul came out to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks heaps for providing us with a great few nights in Edithburgh:)
Paul and Cathy were very accommodating. He rooms were clean, tiday and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Couldn't hear the neighbours and no cheap curtains that let all the morning light in. Thanks

I've stayed here many times, always an excellent stay with immaculately clean rooms and good old fashioned friendly service. I travel a lot and this is definitely good value for money, highly recommended.
Stayed here on the night off 7/11/21. Reasonable price, very clean and tidy. Bathroom spotless & the hot water was great. Usual cutlery and cooking appliances for a motel room. The bed was ok.
Excellent value for money. Rooms totally & scrumptiouly clean throughout, bed very comfortable, so quiet inside due to solid walls, excellent location near eateries. Very impressed.
An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Check-in is a breeze - just enter your mobile number on the machine and your key is dispensed! Contactless, quick and easy! The owner, Paul, came out to personally greet me and welcome me to the area as well - it's this kind of service that is sadly lacking nowadays. Room was clean with easy on-site parking and a short stroll to the beach and local pub. Will definitely return.
