8Do Not Recommend! This business actively participated in discrimination against my family and I, whom have been loyal customers of this business for more than 15 hours, due to our body autonomy choices. We felt as if we were treated like lepers because we weren't allowed into the facility, and had to be seen in the dirty and dingy parking lot whilst the doctor used unclean medical equipment from the outside shed. I was informed by my primary doctor that if I did not change my body autonomy views that I would be personally responsible if something were to happen to my parents medically, how disgraceful and imagine putting that image into my head, and the guilt I experienced from that statement, knowing very well the mental health struggles I have. The worst experience I had was when I was informed by another practioner that if I suffered from any side effects, such as heart related problems I could just go to the ER and they would fix me. How disgusting considering the current state of emergency facilities already being under pressure and overwhelmed with patients experiencing severe side effects.
ALL staff friendly & professional. Convenient partnership with Hot Doc for digital appointment booking ect. Large range of skilled practitioners whom my family and I see regularly. Occasional lengthy wait time - only due to thorough individual care. V GRATEFUL to have found this practice.
I had a Telehealth consultation with a doctor at Newton, for a prescription of medication gave to me from a specialist, all the paperwork from the specialist were in the system but the doctor refused to write the script, I asked why, he said, he won’t tell me why!
WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT! I WONT TELL YOU WHY I WONT DO THE SCRIPT!
He said I have to go to the specialist and get it, meanwhile other doctors did It.
By the way dear doctor, the specialist is on annual leave.
He also said if I don’t feel well i have to go to the hospital!
Thank you Peter White, i wont even call you Doctor!
KARMA!
Great practice with excellent doctors. Professional and caring. Have been coming here for years and can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

I.prefer to see Dr Andrew Kellye, since the day i come from Italy 15 years ago, he was the first doctor i saw and i would never change.
Partly to balance the "sour grapes" below, my wife and I prefer to see Dr Emilie Staehr whenever possible and have always appreciated her thoroughness and candour. Despite the constraints of the Australian medical system, she never makes us feel like cattle.
I have experienced much better care at other clinics. If you need a sick certificate or a basic prescription they may be able to help you out, but there are much better alternatives to choose from.
My practitioner was Dr. Emilie Staehr who was nice initially but comes across as a very transactional doctor. Don't go in to an appointment expecting more than a 10 minute discussion.
As a last resort, I'm sure there are worse clinics out there- but I would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere for anything ongoing and if you have the time there are plenty of clinics in the area which offer bulk billing.
