Sadly, one practitioner in Dr Kneebone has soured my experience at the practice. The GP I usually see is 5 star. Dr Kneebone didn’t attend to my chronic pain with pain relief, other methods haven’t helped me get through the day. I was told I had 60 tablets prescribed over 2months, essentially one a day and not a cause for concern in addiction.

To add salt to the wounds, she billed me for a ONE MINUTE and 30 SECOND CONSULT! She had morals for not prescribing me ‘pain relief’ genuinely needed but felt comfortable to charge for ONE MINUTE and 30 seconds. (I screen shot the call time) the practice excuse is because I still received some scripts. I never suggested the scripts, she did so she could still charge.

Disappointing that there are GP’s abusing the system this way and judging people before understanding what back pain and shoulder joint pain feels like, chronically in pain!

It’s a shame Dr Kneebone doesn’t assess patients on a ‘case by case basis’, rather take ‘easy money’ and not understand her duty of care to provide a better quality of life when justified to provide relief to a father of two that can’t move his body to at least give his kids some memories of movement.

I’m going to Gold Coast in this pain because this doctor had some ‘morals’ but found value in charging me a consult fee for doing NOTHING.

I’m in pain as I write!

DONT use this doctor if you want a fair diagnosis. She will direct you to referrals so she receives commission.

After 30years of being a patient, including family members trusting this practice, I’m disappointed.

Once the older people move on or are directed that this is not for care but for money, they will move on. As I will.

So upset of my treatment and care for my pain at only 44years old.

My experience at the Marden clinic has been excellent. Friendly and efficient reception staff, not long to wait on the phone when booking.
Dr Olivia Chen is excellent and thorough and so is Dr Bill Loukas.

I feel as though there is no level of care or empathy displayed by the doctors at this clinic. For about the past two years each appointment I have left feeling unimportant, and that the service was very transactional. Very disappointing to see what the clinic has become as I’ve been attending this clinic for about 15 years. The standard has definitely decreased.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I booked a telehealth appointment for 11.10am and after 70 minutes late and 3 follow up phone calls by me, I was told that Dr Olivia Chen was prioritising face to face appointments and she would be at least another 90 minutes. Avoid this doctor if you're going to go to this practice.

I also had to deal with a very arrogant receptionist named Edward who was very condescending. When I refused to take no for an answer and would wait for my appointment, he then claimed I was raising my voice so he just hung up on me. These people need to realise you DO NOT treat loyal patients like this. I will be moving away from EAHC.

Don't see Dr Jeffrey Barrow, he's incompetent and recklessly performed a simple surgery on my hand that's now left me with nerve damage

Very good overall. However I was told in March I would be put on the flu and covid shot list. Didn't hear anything so eventually had my flu shot done by the council. A friend recently had a covid shot so I rang today to ask about mine. Wasn't even on the list. I would advise people to ring and check and make sure this hasn't happened to them.

Highly recommend Dr Lisa Walker at the Marden clinic. She is warm and caring and a fantastic GP. So happy that she was recommended to me.

Dr Kirsty Kneebone is our family doctor and looks after myself, my husband and children with respect, time and genuine care. She is always on time and we have never felt rushed out of an appointment. There have been numerous times she has gone above and beyond what is expected of her. I have recommended her to many people and they all agree, she is just a wonderful doctor.

I have visited this practice for at least 6 years. Dr Kirsty Kneebone is excellent, always applies care in her assessment and never rushes the appointment. She also offers sound advice in times of need.

I don't understand some of the complaints, especially the waiting time as this is pretty good, however, when the wait is long, it is generally warranted and more tolerance should be shown.

I am surprised that people find a wait time offensive then complain that drs dont give more than 10 minutes?
My experience at Both surgeries is one of exemplary care. Dr Massolino is my primary Dr and has always dedicated the time required regardless of whether he is behind or on time to thoroughly discuss and provide treatment options.
I couldnt recomend this surgery and the Doctors any higher.

This practice does not care about patients, only the $ it can make. Wait times are at least 40mins regardless of appt time, there's a charge for everything and the level of care is pretty poor. Tick the boxes and send you home sick!

This is a good place for comprehensive health care, contrary to the whinge I see above me. These people know their job and acquit themselves well.
