Eassa Day Spa reviews
52Unfortunately we cannot rate the day spa experience as while our booking process was smooth, efficient and courteous the shop was closed at time of our treatment. With a be back soon sign. We waited but ended up leaving. Recommend you get a phone number to contact store on to affirm booking prior to attending as none of numbers we tried were answered.
Went today for a 30min foot massage and a separate pedicure.
Foot massage was fantastic but pedicure was very very basic not worth the $40 charged.
I think the massage therapist name is Quang, I could be wrong but 12/10 massage skill, very good Chinese medicine style massage skills
I’m from interstate and booked a much needed 90 min remedial massage on Saturday. Now the massage itself wasn’t too bad, no great, but not bad (although the very young inexperienced lady, told me she was 20, friendly enough but talked a lot during the massage) but I think this place needs to do something about hygiene. Within 20 mins of being on the table I began to get incredibly itchy across parts of my body that were touching the table. I should have said something but I sadly didn’t and I accept this as a fault of mine. Anyway, by the time the massage was done I was itchy almost everywhere on my body and continued to be so uncomfortably itchy for the next couple of hours as I couldn’t get back to my hotel straight away.
Showering helped a bit but whatever it was, I’m still itchy today. I have returned home to Melbourne, showered and burned my clothes! (Jokes but I feel like I need to!) Hoping it will be gone soon.
I’ve never ever had this happen in my years of massages! Not sure what it was but clearly the towels or sheet on the beds need burning!
Booked an appointment to kill some time before my flight, got there at 11am for my appointment and on the door it said be back at 11: 30am… couldn’t wait around so was really disappointed that they weren’t there for the appointment I booked.
I had my first shellac nails done here, they're not specialised in nails but this place was open in the evening and the lady was so nice thank you so much for the time
Omgoodness the best head and foot massage I've ever had.
Beautiful staff. Very clean and so relaxing.
The online booking system was easy to use and the lovely staff confirmed our appointment quickly via email. The massage was incredible! The best my husband I have ever had. Our visit was a last minute decision and we were pleasantly surprised. Will be coming back!
In love with this place, a little expensive but I would say worth it. I did 1 hr full body massage and felt so good. The last 15 mins a new person came in called FRANTINE. She was just amazing! Literally the best person. Perfect pressure and super sweet. Love it.
Surprisingly nice! They also let me use the shower which was very kind.
Professional and relaxing
Lovely spa, clean, spacious and classy (despite the location). The Groupon voucher for a massage, facial and foot spa is good value, but I wouldn’t return for a facial. The first cleanse was some type of exfoliant and wasn’t cleansed off properly, and the whole experience was gritty and scratchy from start to finish. I even noticed after I got home that the exfoliant cleanser they used was through my hair too. The foot spa wasn’t much to write home about either. The massage was lovely though and very relaxing, and the staff were professional and kind. Overall a wonderful atmosphere.
Very relaxing and calm massage place to go. Inside looks amazing and the staff are very friendly aswell:) would go again
Tried the 2 n a half hour pamper package for my husband's birthday and loved every bit of it! They made us feel like a royal couple and we both felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after the session was over.
Could not recommend this place enough!
The afternoon itself was lovely. I had a foot pedicure and my gel nails on my fingers removed and reapplied.
Absolutely gutted that this is day three and they're so badly chipped. I've had gel nails for 5+ years and this is the worst application for durability. My first chip happened on day 1.
I spoke with the spa and the rectified my complaint. Very much appreciated.
I had a body polish and 60minute aromatherapy massage. Lovely setup inside, and a wonderful service - in particular, listened to when I asked for a soft massage as I have arthritis and a firm massage can cause pain afterwards, so bonus points for that! Thank you!
Thankyou Lisa for an amazing massage to help my pain whilst visiting Adelaide for a conference. I am so appreciative that you fit me in at short notice and it was wonderful to be able to be looked after by a professional whilst away from home. I would thoroughly recommend Eassa Day Spa for massage.
Amazing treatment, dont let the location fool you, inside is so beautiful and clean with multiple stories to the building. Massage was amazing and team were so professional and kind. Will be going back!:)
Massage & facials have been beautiful.in quiet and relaxing spa rooms. All staff talented but a standout was Yisell - amazing hot stone massage! Will be requesting her again
Arrived at appointment for a couples 90 minute massaage and store didnt even open, no answer on the telehone, no message of cancellation, thanks for nothing
Amazing experience, had full body massage. Have been there many times as it's very professional. Clean and calm atmosphere. Recommended this place 100%.
