Early Start Australia - Hindmarsh

I wouldn't recommend it because I've been waiting for an appointment with an assistant for over a month. Communication with Clinical is extremely difficult, I send emails, I call, but the answer is always the same: we will get in touch soon. I paid full for 2 assessments for my child to be evaluated and after that no response, no proposed treatment, no contact, no plan to be followed, no assistance. However, my son has not received any benefits so far. The feeling is that I was deceived. Because I paid to not receive anything. No one mentioned the waiting list, so I don't think the clinic was honest with me. Disappointed, because we are talking about a 4-year-old child and days of delay in starting therapy could affect this child's entire life.

I have a good experience with early start they are very easy to work with and they make things easy for you

I don’t even know where to begin. But do not use this business under any circumstances, they’re temporary. They renamed once to this already it’s only a matter of time until they have to do it again. Absolutely disgusted these people are involved in the disability assistance industry.

Worst Experience
I signed my sister up through the NDIS they took a long time to see her then it took multiple calls to get a response about the assessment.
They also took unexplained money from her NDIS fund. I would avoid this service at all cost. Extremely unprofessional.
