Unfriendly staff with very bad manner. Did not offer napkins and not helping to cut the sushi for kid! Staff used excuse and replied very rude said they were too busy but actually no other customers around!

Lady working in this place is very rude. Never smile at any customer. And always shout at them.
This morning I asked about sushi, might have finished which I totally understand but the way she yelled at me was super rude.
I will not step into that shop ever again.

Staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and when I try to explain what combinations I wanted with my noodles, she got angry, dump the serve she was preparing for me in the bin without telling me why and refuse to serve me another. Very bad customer service

Uses prepackaged fake smokey rice which isn't great, pretty average food but better than nothing if you are in hurry

The rice was burnt, the curry had no flavour and overall not enjoyable, made me feel sick also.

Worst possible communication. I know you are not from this country, but basic English is ok to survive here. I stay near this place but lost a regular customer in me. They had rice, I just asked is it chicken rice or pork rice or beef rice. She didn't understand me and just started listening to other customers who pointed their food. Improve or close down. U have lost a regular customer, now I am going to other places in the same street.

Terrible english/communication, which would be fine as the owners are not from here but after years of being open continue to not even try to attempt to communicate other than point at which food you would like to purchase.

Also brought a can of soda with me in my pocket on a perticular visit as I work over the road and had one in the work fridge, sat in the chairs provided which happen to give a view of behind the till. I watched as the owner reviewed the cctv footage to see if I had stolen it as she did not see me sit down with it.

I was literally sitting right behind her. I felt very untrusted even though I used to come here semi regularly, all it would take would of been a simple ask as to where I got it from rather than rudely assume I had taken it.

Overall not a genuine business that cares about their customers at all, there is plenty of other places to get your food

Went here acouple of times the first time the peron was rude and the second time also will not go back.
