Very pleasant smelling products but the lady who served me was very pushy. She seemed to not like being told that I only wanted the one product. I know an upsell when I see it. The staff need to chill.

Staff very pushy kept trying to get us into the store to smell other products similar to the ones we were smelling at the door and later when I walked passed the store again she was rude by pushing past me saying excuse me but instead of waiting for me to respond just pushed me out the way. She was trying to get to something in the doorway display. I am glad I didn't by the bubble O candles or the splice candles now. I decided then I wouldn't buy anything from the store.rude and too pushy.

I visited dusk at Elizabeth today with my 7 year old daughter and she accidentally sprayed a room spray in her eye. She was in a lot of pain and the lovely ladies in store jumped straight into action and took her aside to flush her eye out, keep her calm and then praised her with stickers. Such an amazing bunch of ladies in there. Can’t recommend them enough

Went looking for some cheap essential oils for a birthday gift. Went out pretty quickly for two reasons, the prices and the odours.
So much heavy cloying odours in that small shop. Had to get out fast to clear my head.
Please don't get me wrong, this a lovely shop with some very lovely items. From what I saw the staff were pleasant and attentive.
The abuse of the atmosphere with the aromatic dispensers was over the top and that was what gave me the unpleasant experience.
Yes, they sell aroma gear, I do understand that. They don't have to have it set to such high levels, or do they?

I am always greeted and assisted if needed. The place always smells and looks awesome. Pricing is fair, finding a present is easy and looks great.

Something for everyone in here. Staff are more than helpful, know their products and make choosing simple without being pushy.

Oh. This shop smells Heavenly! You'll know when you pass this store because the scents waft out the doorway. Drawing you in for a look. The candle receptacles are so gorgeous. Well worth a visit.

Delicious new fruity scents available, a little hint of summer in the middle of winter. I bought 2 because it worked out only slightly more expensive then buying 1.

Love dusk I could spend alot of time in there looking and smelling the candles and different fragrances, a little bit expensive but definitely worth it. I was given an infuser and a box set with candles and infuser love it, vanilla scent.

Received a Dusk melting pot, 3 wax scents & a box of tea light candles for my birthday off of a great friend. OMG they smell absolutely amazing. I love the smell of the Elizabeth store, but never really stopped in.
Will be becoming a regular customer.

Addicted to this place every time I come near this place I cant resist spending more money on awesome candles and accessories, customer service is awesome at the Elizabeth Store specially Rosa who is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly!
