I have been a Grange customer for many years as i work around the corner. When the Grange store refused to make me a fresh sandwich because the display fridge was not working I thought Ok someone's not having a good day. Several weeks later I think its time to pop into the local because supporting local small business is what I like to do. I'm the only one in the shop! I request a Ham Cheese and Tomato sandwich am told it will be 5 minutes. Happy to wait wait! An hour later I stop for morning tea open my sandwich and No Tomato. Lift your game guys.
Service was excellent but the pies were the worst I've ever had. The texture is like thick gravy but with not even the slightest hint of meat. Didnt even finish it
3 stars because of the pies, two would have been added for good service not given to me at golden grove where chatting with fellow staff and ignoring paying customers seems okay.
The owner of this franchise is a greedy, corrupt employer, who doesn’t award overtime to his staff due to his unrealistic and ignorant expectations. Steer clear of this franchise, otherwise you’ll be sending majority of your purchase into his pocket.
