They should be embarrassed letting that food go out of the store. Terrible service and terrible food. Never again.

Got a home delivery. Order taken by friendly lady, delivery was prompt and food was the best I'd had in a while. Was fresh and hot salads were very tasty.

Ordered 3 Steaks Sandwiches one with a Bun instead of Toasted Bread, got 3 with buns. Buns look like they had been used to soak up all the fat, tasted greasy, I regretted eating the foods from Drumsticks. First Time for many years & I will never return.

My father went to drumstick and got a lamb roast meal payed $13.50 got home and started eating too find a long coloured hair in his food! Rung them and was told to come in and see the boss the next day. Went in only to get told not much he can do or with a huff offered another lamb pack, my dad wanted a refund and the old guy refused. My dad walked out stunned as he's a regular customer. Could've bought 2 lamb roasts from foodland but wanted to support a local business NEVER AGAIN. Absolute rude boss can only imagine what the staff is like when the next customer complaints comes in. Do not eat from here.

Food is amazing as always. Staff make you feel more than welcome in their store. Honestly never fail to make your day better with kindness and yummy food. Thanks guys:)

So I went in with the last bit of money I had on me till tomorrow. Because had my baby nephew over. Wanted chips went in only had some change and some on my card after a rude comment which made me feel terrible about my current situation while I was walking out. Won't be returning for a while even though I've been going to this shop for yrs never had any complaints about the food always ready on time just this one time has put me

Yeah, so wierd vibe here. Zero manners. Maybe just wierd type of folk. Therefore, two trips here in two years. Food fine. Just the service.

Been coming here for 9 years, never been disappointed, people who winge about rudeness or racism need to harden up, their over worked, probably got them on a bad day.

Pretty good food what can I say. I order food here pretty regularly and they rarely disappoint. I tend to order the veal and chips pack a lot and have to say it’s one of my favorites to order and can say the rest of the menu is also very good. Plenty of flavour and the value is pretty fair for what you get. Also the delivery is usually pretty quick and haven't been to many screw ups. 5/5 Highly Recommended

Besides a slight mess up with my order. The manager is always extremely friendly and efficient. The food was hot, crunchy and very tasty.

I've had sloppy flavourless hotdogs and hamburgers that fall apart as you're eating them made with no care. A chicken yiros that fell apart and was so disgusting I couldn't eat it.chips that made me feel sick! One of the worst chip shops on the west side!

Very rude customer service and very racist people I have seen them talk very nicely and polite to people who aren’t indigenous and then speak very rudely to the indigenous for asking the same thing and I was trying to purchase a bucket that he had at the front of the store with no price on the sign and when I told him i grabbed one he said no they was $3 and I had to pay cash and couldn’t pay card when he had no limit in store for card purchases

Will not be going there until they have new owners that’s for sure

I ordered 1/2 chicken and chips and chiko roll last Friday. I asked the female cook about the chicken and chips and with a raised voice and abuse, she went off. I went off.
She needs to respect customers in the shop, or find another job.

Got a piece of Grilled Butter Fish (about 4+ dollars) and some Potato Salad (about 5 dollars) from this place. Both tasted good
