Dreamland Mount Barker

I went to Dreamland Mt. Barker last weekend to purchase a mattress. The owner that served me was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. Yes we tried out a few and was drawn to the Sleepmaker Kingfisher (pocket spring/pillow top). I knew this was the one. BUT that night as I got into bed. OMG! I'd never felt comfort like this. It was like getting into a supportive heavenly cloud. I can't believe how good it feels getting into this wonderful bed every night. Thank you so much Dreamland Mt. Barker

I had the very helpful and knowledgeable Melissa help me find the perfect mattress in my budget. This is the second time we have purchased from here and had Melissa help us both times. She has been awesome both times with her customer service. Deserves 10 stars

Fabulous customer service, can't thank you enough

After visiting this store a few times recently I feel their are a good selection of beds. It's important to negotiate on price (don't be shy) if you want value for money, based on ticketed retail prices.

Couldn’t fault the staff. BUT THE OWNER GRANT IS RUDE, DEMEANING & A BULLY. Grant treats his staff as he treats the customer. BADLY.

Staff know there stock, very pleased with staff. Mr Harvey could learn from these people. Our purchase was all local which felt good.

My wife and I had been to 2 other bed retailers on the weekend. None of which I need to name. After stepping into dreamland Mt Barker, we were met by Grant and Renee, the most relaxed place we have been, very knowledgeable, not pushy, and only came over to see us when I was looking for them. Product knowledge is second to none. They are happy to be there and you can sure tell.

If you are looking for a new bed, Manchester, or mattress, look no further than here. You will not be disappointed.

Recently was searching for a new mattress. Entered the store and was greeted by a staff member and asked if l needed any help. I said no and continued looking around the store. When l had a few questions the staff member was helpful, friendly and professional. I spoke of a mattress l had purchased there 10 years earlier and was hoping to find something same. She was able to check on the computer as to what it was and show me something similar as they no longer stocked that brand. They offered me free delivery on that day also. Free onsite parking available.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The so called manager is rude and doesn't know much at all. The young sales lady there seems to know more. I have left it a few weeks to send this review but since going elsewhere and buying a mattress that was probably the same. I hope the owner of this store is as disappointed with the manager as i am. If the virus doesn't kill this bussiness the manager sure will!

Always buy our bedroom furniture from here for our whole family, and we always get very well looked after.
