Give your iced coffee fridge a wipe out once in awhile.not the first time I've seen it like this.

Overall though the store is pretty good for the odds and ends. Glad to see they still have checkout operators unlike the bigger supermarket chains.

Lovely supermarket, good specials, but the staff were so unfriendly, not a smile to be seen in the whole time I was there,
I also saw what I presumed a manager talking to a mate and one of them dropped the F word very loudly! I was so shocked by the unprofessional attitude in the whole store

Miranda could use a lesson or 2 in customer service. Rude, disinterested, quite obviously doesn’t want to be there. Shouldn’t be doing customer service with that attitude.

Although not my local Drake, I shop here from time to time, Good Store, Great range. Today the young man on checkout was polite, efficient and packed my shopping well.

A handy little supermarket, pleasant staff, good prices and alot better than having to go to major shopping centres, easy to get a park too

I like this drakes. Its clean and tidy. Always well stocked and the staff is always friendly. Its my preferred supermarket in the Northern suburbs.

It's a nice place to go to but as it is with Drakes they're stores are more expensive it seems then any other grocery store

Sorry guys the only reason you are getting one star is because you are very clean. I would expect that though being a new store. The reason you have only one star is because of your prices. I am absolutely astonished on the price difference of your store compared to others in the area. I went there recently with my son and we left. We wrote down your prices and I will not state what other store we went to as that is not fare on you. We saved $22.35. Now that is a weekly shop. Only one or two things were on special that made a difference of $4.85 overall in a year we would be saving $1162.20 by just going down the road. So for me I cannot go past the one star. Don't get me wrong you have great staff they were very friendly. You need to do something about your pricing.

If i cant find the fruit and veg at woolworths i go here. Same for the Bakery and Deli. They all have a huge range. Only place I can find that sells Maggi rich gravy in the 2kg. A little more expensive than Coles or woolworths. But I go here regularly.

Completely given up on this store, when I first moved close I loved it very clean and nice staff but the quality control is abysmal i have on many multiple occasions came home with bags and bags of rottern vegetables entire bags of green potatoes, tomatoes that have slime and rot coming out of them moldy bread you name it, today i went in and grabbed some pre grated cheese and found and entire bag of rot when I got home the bag in the picture was bought today the same day i opened it i wasted a whole pizza after covering it in this filth before realising.

Really disappointing especially considering how hard people are living at the moment and how high cost of living is to spend my hard earned money on bags of rot that end up straight in the bin

Great shop, wide selection however, sometimes the vegetable and fruit produce is a little old, I don't often come here for vegetables because of it

This drakes foodland is honestly quite good and impressive, It has an amazing selection of meats including Low and Slow meat selection and speciality meats like Wagyu Steak.

The foodbar is always stocked and has great, tasty, fresh and healthy food options.

I shopped here for the first time ever and it happened to be on a Saturday afternoon at around 3pm.
I was surprised to see EVERYTHING fully stocked, the place was super clean, and when I asked for help the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The deli section staff especially knew what they were selling.
There were plenty of specials, and it did not take me long to so a week's worth of shopping. I have been shopping at a competitor for years simply because they were closer to me and from now on I will be making the 2km trip further to shop here.
Very impressed customer.

Relatively new store, large aisles for 2 way trolley movement.

Staff very friendly and helpful and best part all shelves were full and I could shop without being hindered by staff packing shelves and boxes all over the place.

Prices are average but they do have markdown items for those who are budget conscious.

Plenty of parking and very clean store

So basically I fell in the store and uuuuh this really nice staff member help me up and said ok to slip and fall and that was just really nice. The picture is for a Reference of how I looked on the floor
