Drage Reserve reviews
33Cutest little park here! Kids loved it. We especially love playing in the creek further down and frequently come just for that alone. We can bring the puppy and she can have a splash while we investigate the living creatures we find and the pollution caused by humans.
Great facilities, Drage Reserve is next to Linear Park alongside The Torrens - barbeque spots, cycling and walking paths
Pleasant easy walking 3.5km circuit, with really pleasant cafe. A little wildlife and water foul along the creek bank.
Drage Reserve at the end of Briar Rd, Felixstow is part of the River Torrens linear park. Bbq facilities, play equip, wheel chair access and parking is available. This is a family venue particularly for children to enjoy + explore next to the River Torrens. Bitumin paths allow easy walkining or cycling. Popular
Overall great but we did expect a fenced play area, that our 1yo could play in but she had fun, nonetheless.
Great walking trail along the linear park.
Nice place for looking and listening to the various birdlife including ducks, waterfowl, ibid and parrots.
Sometimes you uy can bee lucky enough to see a koala
The rolling hills down to the river, next to facilities like bbq spots and playgrounds makes it picturesque. It's a nice stop along the linear park track, be sure to check out the antique farm tools!
This park has been recently upgraded and is sensationalist the kids or just to stroll through with someone special.
It's like a little bit of country in metropolis. Walking along the paths along side of a creek with the sounds of birds in the trees is very invigorating and rejuvenating. Parrots, birds, ducks, ibis and water fowl are found along the creek and in the many ponds within the area. Spring is great for children to see baby ducklings. Good for walking dogs (Most areas council require dogs on leads), and there are poo collection bags available on route. There are play grounds for children and bbq areas for picnics. On the Campbelltown side there is a par 3 golf course. If you want a coffee or a cuppa and cake after your walk the canteen in the golf course welcome all to pop in.
I love sitting by the creek to relax, it feels like your in the bush in the middle of the city. Great walking tracks.
Good for walking. Steep walk ways at some points. Cyclists can be fast be mindful as don't use their bells to alert. Walkway entrance ramps not wheel chair friendly. Playground areas, wetland areas and a creek, relaxing family orientated reserve
Nice large park with paved walkways and Torrens river. Has amenities but not sure how late they stay open.
Nice walking track along the river & bike lane as well toilets. Can have a picnic anywhere along the river. A very limited playground for the kids. But not much else
