Paul made a difficult situation for me easy with his friendly attitude and professionalism, Draegar are very lucky to have Paul as an employee. Thanks for everything Paul and the other staff.

I had a great experience at Flinders park Sa, they were polite Courtois and respectfully and helpfully, honestly I could not fault them, Paul the installer was fantastic tx mate, as for the call centre well, abit more communication is needed as I've got a new interlock and had installed in a Sa car so got stuffed around abit, maybe update your web site for further information.but overall Flinders park was great.cheers.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

The guys at the call centre are great but the staff at this service centre are rude and patronising. Paul in particular needs to learn some manners when speaking to others.

If you are an educated, professional who made a mistake and need to use an interlock I’d consider another company or at the very least a different place to have it fitted.

Information about my installation was not passed from office to workshop so I was turned away on the day. Frustrating. They did manage to fit me in the next day and the guys in the workshop were excellent. Thoroughly trained me to use of the equipment and their installation quality was faultless which made up for the mix up.
