Dr Try Medical Clinic

If you haven't been here before I would not bother. Have heard good things about Dr Try but unfortunately the rest of the team let him down.

My family and I have been with this clinic for years however have faced a pattern of poor service from a booking and administration perspective, resulting in issues with every appointment.

5 stars for Dr. Try Medical Clinic! Very impressed from the first day! The doctors are so welcoming, non-judgemental, caring, respectful and very responsive to my health needs, also the staff on reception are awesome and happy to help, No. 1 Medical Clinic in the South East by far! Keep up the good work team

From the first time me and my husband went there has never been any reason to not like the service. In our case Dr Try, Dr Johnson and the others we have dealt with including reception staff they have gone out of their way to make sure my husband has everything he needs. Nothing but the highest respect from us.

Dr Brown is great however complete bull place. Everytime I make a appoimtment it gets pushed without even telling me. Or I ring to see her and they tell me to just go to the hospital. 0 stars if i could

At first ok. Then the staff spoke to me like I was a kid. I waited at Benson Radiology waiting for a referral and was told it had been sent…, a lie supported by Sally. She said I should wait like a puppy dog. An hour and ten minutes later I received it.
Linda thompson condoned the lies, and later called me to rant and rave like a lunatic, and wouldn’t let me speak. Around first week In August I was given 16 September as an appointment for my astra Zeneca shot…. 6 x weeks approximately.
Reception is incompetent and rude, booked my wife for astra Zeneca but she’s under forty; put my middle name as hers. It seems sally is Linda thompson s puppet and handles “problem “ patients.

Seems Richard try ignores all this, or is unaware of what happens in his practice

Dr Johnson is an amazing beautiful Dr I ever come across so patient understanding I first met him at another practice but now has moved into try medical I can't recommend him enough

It has taken me over 35 years to find a Doctor as good as Dr Hanna, brilliant is the operative word, thorough leaves no stone unturned, intelligent search for the problem, a caring compassionate and willing to go that extra mile to assist in healing me.
A little town Mt Gambier should never lose but gain more Doctors like her, I came from a major capital city.
Good Doctors with excellent medical backgrounds are not easy to come across. Dr Hanna is an excellent asset for the Dr Try medical Centre so happy to stay in the Mount if it gains Doctors like Dr Hanna.
