I have had two knee surgeries with Dr Stavrou, he has not disappointed! Very knowledgeable and have had no dramas with surgery/post surgery.

Dr Stavrou was a very kind and efficient doctor. He put me at ease right from our first appointment and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. It was nice to know that Dr Stavrou listened to me in regards to the issues with my feet and gave me well thought through options moving forward. With him being a specialist surgeon from Adelaide and I’m based in darwin, I thought that the distance would cause him to not be as attentive but that definitely wasn’t the case! Between face to face appointments, Skype appointments and follow ups after surgery, as well as the fabulous support from his PA Peta, I never felt as though I had to chase to get help, support or advice. I would definitely recommend Dr Stavrou as a surgeon and would use him again if the need ever arose.

My husband had ankle surgery almost 6 months ago. The surgery has been very successful, and we would whole heartedly recommend Dr Stavrou. His manner has always been efficient and friendly, explaining the procedure and follow up rehabilitation very clearly as well as answering any of our questions. Would definitely recommend getting more opinions, had foot surgery done by doctor Stavrou 2years ago and he's made it 10times worse after I told him what the problem was and he didn't listen and went did something else on the foot and now I have problems with it.
