Dr Kollias and his staff are wonderful. I had breast augmentation done and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. He made me feel very comfortable, highly recommend.

Best thing I’ve ever done!
I had a lift, nipple reduction and implants in June 2023 and am incredibly happy with the results.
The whole experience was easy and stress free. Dr Kollias explained everything and had almost everything organised for me. All I had to do was ring the anaesthesiologist and book them!
I was slightly scared since I’ve never had surgery before, so put the procedure off for months! I wish I had gotten it done sooner!

Dr James Kollias provided me with excellent care during my surgical procedure. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, I felt well-informed, supported and respected throughout the entire process.

The staff at St Andrews Hospital were friendly, helpful and caring during my visit. Dr Kollias was very personable and explained the procedure in detail so that I felt fully informed and comfortable with the treatment. His expertise was evident throughout the entire process and I always felt that he was looking out for my best interests.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Dr James Kollias. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for excellent surgical care and a great overall experience.

Dr Kollias is one of the best human being I have ever came across. He is literally a God to my sister-in-law Sweety who saved her life. Sweety came from Bangladesh to get breast cancer treatment in South Australia. She was on her 30's when she diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Now she is cancer free and all credit goes to Dr Kollias.

Could not be happy with the results from my recent surgery with Dr Kollias- Wonderful, caring and highly skilled Surgeon. Dr James Kollias, did my BA in 2018. I researched all the doctors in Adelaide and decided on Dr James. I had a ruptured implant and needed them replaced, Dr James and his team were amazing. 4yrs on and I’m still very happy with the results.

Had a breast reduction with Dr Kollias in July 2021 and could not be happier! He is an expert in what he does and gave me the best results I could have asked for, he has really helped me bring back my confidence and overall happiness after hating having such large breasts. Dr Kollias has amazing bedside manners which is hard to find these days, he always had time to see me and follow up post surgery was great, saw him the next day post op, 2 weeks and 3 months. I can’t thank him enough and would not recommend anyone else but him! & not to mention his lovely receptionist Maria she was wonderful both over the phone and in person answering all my questions and booking me in last minute at times. Super amazing experience I don’t regret anything about my decision with going through Dr Kollias!

You have an over night stay at st.andrews hospital and have drains in over night. The staff are very nice and you get well looked after. 10/10 to everyone.

Dr. K is hands down the b (r) east surgeon out there. His work is meticulous and he is super kind and caring. Reception staff are also lovely. I credit Dr. K for saving my life, and my reconstruction is more like an enhancement! Highly recommended.
