Dr James McLean - Upper Limb & Shoulder Surgeon

Can not recommend Adelaide shoulder and upper limb clinic enough, very welcoming, friendly staff. Dr James McLean does a fantastic job not only being very professional, but takes the time to listen and care about what’s going on. Just had my 4th and final surgery with James and had complete trust in his work.

Thanks to Dr. McLean and staff for the excellent care, communication & thoughtful explanations pre and post shoulder surgery. His skill and care had not only resulted in a great outcome, but also a relatively trouble free, better than expected recovery. Thanks again.

Dr. McLean did a carpal tunnel release on both hands and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not even a couple of months later and there’s no pain and most of my strength is back. Dr. McLean is very attentive and takes his time to address any questions or concerns. His office staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

The rooms were easy to find with plentiful parking. The rooms were bright and very clean. The reception staff were efficient and friendly. Dr McLean was recommended by my GP as he had treated her son with a similar injury. He was genuinely caring and interested in me and my injury. He took time to explain my options and consequences of each. 10/10

He did a fantastic job with the surgery and I am very happy with the outcome_ James is a very good surgeon as well as a very good gentleman and I would recommend him to all my family and friends
