After seeing a number of specialists and Orthopaedic Surgeons, Jake knew exactly what the issue was with my ankle and now i am on the way to recovery. He is the guy to see for benign tumours and PVNS, removed it all in one go! Highly recommended
My experience as a patient of Dr Jakub Jagiello and the care I received at Sportsmed Hospital was exceptional.
I was referred to Dr Jagiello for his knowledge and expertise as a specialist in the field of Metastatic Bone Cancer Surgery known as Orthopaedic Oncology. Dr Jagiello communicated clearly all aspects of my impending surgery, his professionalism and surgical precision resulted in the successful excision of my bone tumor metastasis.
Throughout my treatment Dr Jagiello instilled confidence with his reassuring and genuine disposition which alleviated my concerns and delivered an excellent surgical outcome. I highly recommend Dr Jakub Jagiello and his team at Sportsmed to anyone needing the services of an Orthopedic Specialist.
My husband was referred to Dr Jagiello when a ct scan found a growth on his spine. Further tests revealed the growth to be a very rare type of bone cancer. Dr Jagiello, along with other surgeons from different fields spent 14 hours removing the tumour from his pelvis. Throughout the marathon surgery Dr Jagiello kept in constant contact with me and made sure I could see him as soon as he woke up. He oversaw my husbands two month recovery at the RAH and he was nothing but reassuring and kind to him and our family during a pretty tough time. Dr Jagiello is not just a top surgeon he’s also a top bloke.
The best orthopaedic Doctor I have meet, is a very good listener and is informative, especially knowing I was in soo much pain. Through the period of my treatment he followed up to ensure the procedure went well and the nurses also did a good job tending to my wound.

I have worked closely with Dr Jagiello over the past few years and not only is he a meticulous surgeon he is also a very compassionate and personable surgeon who always places his patients well-being at the forefront.

This was my first ever hospital procedure and he took the time to allay my concerns, answer my questions and explained the whole process thoroughly.
