This doctor is compassionate caring and extremely professional.
I'd like to say more but I'll run out of internet space with all the positives I have.

One negative is you need more cups at the water cooler in the waiting area lol only joking

Dr Lin is an outstanding Urologist who I can recommend highly. He has impeccable communication with clear explanations and answers all questions patiently. My 2 procedures went well and Dr Lin was there the following day to checkup on me. He is polite and courteous even when surgery had to be cancelled. He had my best interests at heart on all occasions. I will be using Dr Lin in future urological problems and needs.

Dr Diwei Lin is an excellent Urologist. He came highly recommended by a few friends of ours and when we went to our GP to ask for a referral, our doctor told us he always refers to Dr Lin which further filled us with confidence.

Dr Lin was very professional and answered all my questions after being admitted through Emergency. His aftercare during this time and until my follow up surgery was appreciated.

Dr Lin has performed 2 kidney stone and 1 prostate procedure on me since February 2023. Excellent bedside manner, easy to talk to, and most importantly a brilliant surgeon based on my experience. I was admitted to the ED with kidney stones and a blockage. Dr Lin attended and performed an emergency procedure, clearing the blockage and numerous smaller stones. 4 weeks later he performed surgery again on my right kidney, eliminating numerous kidney stones again. I found Dr Lin to be charming and knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him.

From my first phone call to Lucy, who not only rang me to give me an appointment after a cancellation, asked how I was, and made sure my referral was on Dr Lins desk-I can’t remember a time in my life I’ve had such amazing customer service. I had kidney stones, and wasn’t doing well. My life as I knew it stopped, and I was in indescribable pain. Trust me you don’t want them! Dr Lin has been an amazing support to me checking if I was ok before each procedure and also listening to any concerns, along with scheduling my surgery as quickly as he could given my situation. I’ve had an incredible result straight after surgery with an almost instant recovery. This is due to a very gifted and brilliant surgeon. He has a lovely disposition and is very patient with questions. I’ve never seen a doctor just as happy as I was over my recovery in the follow up consultation.
