6Dr Waters has been thoroughly professional and caring through the three shoulder surgeries that I have had in the space of 9 months. He provided very clear options and then when the shoulder became infected following the first surgery (requiring a 2nd surgery over Christmas) he came in every day (even Christmas and Boxing days) to check on my progress and wellbeing. I found him very approachable and eager to ensure that I received the best care as possible during my recovery.
I found Dr Waters a beautifully spoken, understanding, professional person. He explained everything to me in a very caring manner. He listened to me and answered my questions with patience. Organised my treatment and surgery with ease.

Dr Waters is empathetic, genuinely seeks to understand nature of pain, explains clearly the nature of the injury and also provides a full summary of options, including risks associated with surgery. I have been consulting with Dr Waters for over 11 years and trust him completely with my care and physical well-being.
