Dr Beverley Fosh - Breast Cancer Surgeon

From the very first consult Bev put me completely as ease at which was a very stressful time - always willing to answer any questions and her professional manner and 'bedside' manner cannot be faulted. Very lucky to have her as my surgeon for the journey.

Dr Beverley Fosh is:
selfless, compassionate, intuitive (Bev knows how and what to say to help her patients stay strong and positive), consummately skilled and wickedly funny.
Within ten minutes of our first meeting in 2013 I knew I could trust Dr Fosh to care for our daughter as if she were her own.
She has now done this twice.
In 2017 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 48 I placed my trust in her again - this time to save my life.
As Bev held her arm around me and guided me into the theatre I understood how right my husband was when he called her
" Our Angel on Earth ".
Words will never be enough to express what Dr Beverley Fosh means to us.so I will just say Thank you

Dr Beverly Fosh treated me for ductal carcinoma breast cancer. Her manner and professionalism is second to none. She instilled confidence in me, with what is fairly scary for the average person with limited medical knowledge. All I can say if you have a breast cancer issue, Bev is the person to see! I cannot recommend Dr Beverley Fosh highly enough. I’m a young doctor who was recommended to her by a colleague, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have had excellent care and support given by Bev.

I have great trust in Bev, she is warm, caring and professional. After diagnosis, she was able to immediately connect me to a fantastic team of specialists and I was able to start treatment quickly. My surgery went smoothly and I’m very happy with the result. Throughout my cancer treatment I met lots of other women who were raving about how much they loved their breast surgeon, I would ask who it was and inevitably the answer was always “Bev Fosh”.

Dr Bev has such lovely support with her members that assist her and their care and sunny dispositions is past on to ones being and their positivity as such allows one to move on, my love and heartfelt thanks to Dr Beverly for her warmth and support as we travel allong that healing path.

Dr Beverly Fosh is amazing. She is the perfect mix of professional and caring. At time of diagnosis when decisions need to made and lots of tests need to be done, right through to surgery and beyond, Dr Fosh has a "we've got this! " attitude. She was loving and kind not only to me but to my friends and family who were on this journey with me. She's just beautiful!

I can't praise the caring and efficient treatment enough that I received from Dr Fosh when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr Fosh explained all about the procedures and made what was a very scary experience to one that allowed me to fully understand what was going to happen and made it much less traumatic. Her after care treatment is exceptional, I couldn't ask for a more caring and professional Dr to have looking after me.

I highly recommend the services of Dr Bev Fosh. The first time I saw her, she personally came to collect me from the waiting room and put her arm around me. I was lucky enough to have a benign tumour, but her warmth, professionalism and human caring helped through the process prior to the results. Her surgical team, like her, were both highly professional end warm.and inspired confidence, which is exactly what you want in this situation.

My heartfelt gratitude to this wonderful Doctor, Surgeon, and amazing woman, who supported not only myself, but husband also, through my Breast Cancer episode. Her vast knowledge, compassion, and delightful cheery manner made this time for me so much easier to bear.

Having been diagnosed with breast cancer 18 months ago, it was all quite daunting until I met Dr Bev Fosh.
Immediately, I felt at ease when I met her. Her caring and the way that everything was explained at my first appointment was just what I needed.
I would recommend Dr Fosh to anyone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer, she is a wonderful surgeon who explains everything -and I can hardly see my scar.

Dr Fosh is a caring, professional and excellent surgeon. Her friendly, caring and calming nature was exactly what I needed after I was Diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She contacted me on weekends with results so I wouldn't worry, and was always upfront and planned all my treatment. She is wonderful and I consider her a friend, and would recommend her and her team to anyone unfortunate enough to be faced with Cancer.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer I had no idea who to contact to be my doctor/surgeon. I had a couple of referrals, and then made the decision to contact Dr Beverley Fosh. In September 2018 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer by Dr Fosh & had surgery shortly afterwards. If you are ever unfortunate enough to receive a diagnosis like this, this is the lady you want on your team. She is the most caring, nurturing, lovely lady you could possibly meet. You cant help but smile when she is around. Once you meet her you will know what I'm talking about. Right from the first appointment you will know that she is the right surgeon for you.

As the husband of a person diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2016, I cannot praise this person enough. She is a caring person and great surgeon who keeps you in the loop throughout the operations and subsequent treatments. Her bedside manner, bubbly personality and dedication to her patients and family is a cut above the rest. She will contact you personally out of hours with results and keeps you well informed. I thoroughly recommend this surgeon to those seeking a specialist due to their BC diagnosis.

Beverley made me feel relaxed and gave me the confidence to proceed with whatever I had to face. She is an awesome surgeon when my scar completely heals no one would even know that I have even had surgery. A kind, caring and compassionate person who knew how and what information to give. Dr Fosh is a good listener who never dismissed any of my concerns or fears but rather discussed each and every matter I raised. I was never afraid to say what I was worried about which was so important. I could not recommend Dr Fosh more highly.

Back in 2015 I had a small breast tumour removed at Modbury Hospital.
I cannot fault the service I received then and continue to do so.
From the first detection to all follow up treatment.
