Dr Anthony Nguyen - Foot and Ankle Surgeon

I have tried for 3 days to make an appointment with Dr Anthony Nguyen and let me tell you that girl that works there has to be the worst receptionist ever! I left few voicemails and when i finally reached her (i called back) she told me she’ll ring me back once she checked if there was a referral from my gp (even though i had one on me) i never heard from her. Now i’m definitely going somewhere else! Useless receptionist!

I highly recommend Dr Anthony Nguyen for foot surgery. He and his Team are extremely professional, kind and trustworthy; they ensured that I understood all facets of my corrective procedure and the recovery process. Everything was streamlined from the initial consultation to the hospital admission and surgery. The hospital Nurses are fantastic, so knowledgeable but also listen to the patient and respect what they say; great level of care and pain management was given.

A previous visit to an orthopaedic surgeon elsewhere left me feeling uncertain about keyhole bunion surgery, but after meeting Dr Anthony Nguyen there was absolutely no hesitation to go ahead.

Dr Nguyen’s expertise, care and kind disposition were very reassuring, as was the easily understood explanation of pre and post op processes which made me feel safe and confident to go ahead knowing I would be in the best possible care here.

Overall, from my first phone call to the present, this has been such a positive experience, the unsightly and painful bunions are gone and my feet look and feel fabulous!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Anthony Nguyen, and your feet will love you for it too!

I saw Dr Nguyen because I was having trouble with feet pain and tight achilles. I found him very professional, intelligent and friendly! He was thorough when examining me, sent me for appropriate scans and helped me figure out potential causes to my pain. Would highly recommend!

During my pre op appointments Anthony was very thorough so i knew that i was going to be in safe hands. The procedure that I had to have done was a little different than the usual but i am so pleased that it all went better than expected! Im hoping i do not injure myself again but if i do then Anthony would be the first appointment that i would make!

I had a left ankle arthroscopy, tibiotalar debridement and stabilisation of large medial talar OCL lesion with microfracture etc. This has been a success for me as previously I was getting pain through the ankle and now the pain has gone as well as being improved in it’s stability. I have had issues with my ankle since I broke it when I was 7 years old. I had surgeries as a teen for ununited fractures and continued to roll and fracture my ankle multiple times over the years then had 2 ankle reconstructions within 12 months. 6 months after my last reconstruction I again stepped off a stair and rolled my ankle and hurt my wrist in this fall. I went to see Dr Nguyen this time and immediately he picked up that I had “loose” ligaments something no other surgeon ever mentioned he then arranged for another reconstruction with an internal brace and my ankle has never been more stable. He also arranged for me to see Dr Wallwork about my wrist and the same thing had happened so I also needed surgery on that. The confidence I have in Dr Nguyen for finally fixing my ankle is extreme and I would highly recommend him to anyone as not only is he a brilliant surgeon who actually listens and thinks outside the square but is also a friendly and caring man.

I had ankle ligament surgery by Dr Anthony Nguyen and I knew from my first discussion with him that I was in great hands! He was confident in helping my ankle to be better than it ever was, he greatly improved other areas of my ankle as well as just the original injury, which was a torn ATFL.

I could not hold Dr Nguyen in high enough regards, he provided plenty of information about the procedure and made sure i was comfortable and at ease about the operation.
