The Stepney Burnside Hospital is quite, no noisy bed bells whilst resting.
The hospital corridors are wide and no trip hazards or clutter.

I have recently had total hip replacement surgery performed by Dr Adrian Bauze at Sportsmed SA Stepney. I thoroughly recommend both Dr Bauze and Sportsmed for any orthopaedic procedure you may need. Dr Bauze is a highly skilled and caring surgeon providing a great pre and post-operative program to enhance a rapid recovery. I had excellent patient nursing care while staying at Sportmed. I can now get back to enjoying my
retirement.

After 9 years with no ACL I finally built up the courage to go ahead with the surgery. I am so glad I let Dr Bauze do this work for me. I didn't know that he is a world class doctor until after. I was very disappointed with my experience at sportsmed and with Dr Bauze. The appointment felt rushed, transactional and not about me and what I wanted to achieve- I was simply rushed away without any further follow up.

Very professional. Obviously skilled surgeon. Had both knees cleaned out. Not even a bruise after. Quick recovery. Clinic and nurses at Sports Med are excellent.

My recent experience at Sports med Stepney for a total hip replacement by Dr Bauze was fantastic. The care and treatment I received from him and his wonderful staff was outstanding. Dr Bauze has just complete some surgery on my right knee at Sports med SA, I highly recommend Dr Bauze and the staff that I dealt with. Lauren Dr Bauze assistant is compassionate kind and caring, Dr Bauze is one of the most caring helpful gentlemen surgeon and explains the surgery right down to the smallest details. I would also like to say Anne Marie my nurse is an absolute gem. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Amber in recovery was absolutely amazing also makes you feel safe and comfortable. The anaesthetist Dr Darren Burns was so thoughtful calmly spoken and explains every thing perfectly. There are too many to list sunny my other nurse he was a top champ with helping. All I can say is if you need any thing to do with knee hip or what ever else they do sports med SA Dr Bauze and his team are the best. Then there is the dinner food was delightful. Thanks again Dr Bauze and your team. You should be proud.

I found Dr Adrian Bauze to be both comfortable and relaxed when communicating about my hip surgery. He invited questions and answered in a focused and interested manner.
