Dover Square Reserve reviews
7Incorporates a separate, welcome, well fenced dog park with plenty of regulars comparing notes. Despite sometimes a plethora of dogs of all shapes and sizes, general harmony reigns.
Most of the people we meet were so very friendly. A good place to take dogs
I love this park now as it fits my needs however I do see that we need more options as in more picnic and play only parks and ones for dogs and families. So people without dogs don't have them in the same area. I do love that I could watch my children play whilst letting my dogs off lead. Please make more so we all have space I think the parks become crowded.
Good little reserve for kids and furkids. Could be better (needs double fences etc) but as the council don't like it being used for dogs it's unlikely to happen. People are generally nice. Please don't come if you expect your dog to just run free and pester other dogs without your supervision.
Dog park can get crowded at times. Plenty of parking and fenced play area for children.
Disappointed, this park used to be a nice park for families and kids to kick the footy and to play cricket. Now it is totally overrun by dogs, it's basically a dog park now. Lift your game City of Holdfast Bay and crate dedicated dog parks and return the reserves back to the people! There's a piddly little fenced off area for kids, the fence is there to protect the young children from the huge amount of dogs running out of control in this once nice park.
