I did a Breakthrough NLP program with Donna when I was starting my own business last year. It was such a positive experience that was completely transformational. Together we were able to work through my limiting beliefs and refocus my mindset for my business. By the end of my program I had a new-found confidence. I gained

In 5 amazing weeks I have gained confidence in moving forward in a new career change at 50 yo that had been my identity for 30 years. SCARY!
That light that I couldn’t identify with at the beginning of our program has now been switched on!

I gained new mindset skills, a new found clarity, confidence and motivation that was being hindered and challenged by my old thought processes and limiting belief patterns. A new understanding of my unconscious mind and how it works in the background with our growth (or lack of) allowed me to let go of negative chatter, limiting beliefs, fears and doubts. By learning how to identify these limiting thought processes, rationalizing them and dealing with them before they hinder my thought processes negatively, I was able to ensure that my new belief patterns and values are now working for me in a positive and forward direction, not holding me back as they were doing before. I have a better understanding of why I think and act (or not act on)

Through Donnas programme I learnt how to find solutions to my barriers by checking in with my goals and altering my mindset, thus building further confidence in what I can achieve. I now feel my values and beliefs are aligned to the outcomes I want to achieve in my new business goals and I have the confidence and belief in myself to follow them through.

Donnas program was a fun, relaxed empowering approach whereby I found my inner confidence, to believe in myself, my strengths, to identify my values and goals and what motivates me and how to channel this into all aspects of my life, not just professionally but personally as well. This new found business mindset has flowed into my personal goals and relationships as well as my health and wellbeing. Goals are being met, I am growing, I am confident, I am more productive in life and business.
