Gorgeous boutique venue. The team goes above and beyond to assist in all event planning and coordination. Their food is fresh and delicious and they are more than reasonably priced for the service you get! Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful venue. Staff were excellent, polite, and friendly. The food was gorgeous, and I could not fault the quality, taste, and size of the courses. Parking was easy and entrance to the centre allowed for all car sizes. All up an absolutely fantastic place.

We had our daughter and son in laws wedding there last week and everything was perfect. The service from Bec, Heidi and all the staff was exceptional. Food was amazing compliments to the Chef. I would highly recommend Donato's.

The venue is absolutely beautiful, and food to die for. All my guests gave great reviews about the food and how generous the serves were and how delicious everything was. The large dance floor was perfect for us, everyone was up dancing and no one is crowded on the floor. Our wedding reception was perfect!

The event management team have a great eye for detail, fantastic communication & deliver exceptional events.

Beautiful reception setup by my family members for they're daughters an phan & hao wedding venue last week the music dj was top hit on the night was fun on the dance floor also enjoyed the meal on the night as well but all fun & games on the night gotta love the services for the great awesome meal of dishes and the desert at the end of the front door way exit! I would recommend it to everyone who wants to celebrate they're wedding at this venue very comfortable and respectful to all of those team leadership on the night professional development gotta love the music vibes of dj platforms playing the perfect soundtracks on the night!

Very nice place. The owner she was so rude with the kids, learn how to treat the kids woman, snake chicken your self don't call our kids like that

Beautiful venue but I was seated way over near the kitchen and there was a cold draught coming from kitchen - probably had back door open.

I couldn't see stage clearly and huge speaker near my table made it extremely difficult to hear people on my own table!

Fillet mignon very sinewy hard to chew.

Okay so 3 years on and I attended a beautiful wedding reception at Donatos 26/11/22. A great night and thankfully seated away from speaker and kitchen. An absolutely wonderful night.

My only complaint and of all those on my table who had the rib eye steak for mains, it was overcooked and so tough. There would've been a lot of rib eye make it's way back to the kitchen not completely eaten.

For those who had chicken, they said it was absolutely delicious!
All other food served that night was delicious.

The place is very nice conducive for events dinner parties even weddings think suitable, I like the stage has good reception, good food book for events, conference

Just had our wedding here, fantastic place and service by the owner and staffs. Very understanding and will go out their way to cater for your needs. We had a memorable experience.

Venue is not interested in what a couple want, only to line their pockets with out of date menus and their preferred suppliers who obviously give them some kind of kickback. Lots of wedding venues out there who help the bride and groom with a selection of various suppliers the couple can pick from and shop around. Food very average for the price quoted per head.

End of season presentation with a 2 main meal choice.
Steak was horrendous. Over cooked, tough, chewy. Cannot calculate why as they have been so good the last 5 or so years and to deliver this to patrons is absolutely terrible. Sack the Chef. Entreè was good. Yet to have dessert.

Service - E.x. C.e. L.l. E.n. T. - Professional, courteous, and more than adequately staffed
Sound system - professional with very importantly fantastic accoustics

Had my Stepsons wedding here 20th March! An amazing place plenty of food! It had the 10/10 wow factor great staff and venue!

We had our wedding at Donato Reception Centre and were so impressed with everything. Nothing was too much, everyone was happy to help and do whatever needed to be done in the lead up, and the night was no different. Set up was beautiful, food was amazing (and plentiful!), staff so welcoming. They kept us up to date on timings on food/speeches and all the little things on the night. But it was the really small things that impressed me - for example, on the night, some people forgot to pop their cards in the wishing well, and as I was trying to get around to all the guests, Rocky seamlessly swans past, takes them from me to pop out the back, gave me a small smile & bow - and all the while I didn't even break conversation from chatting with my guests! It's all of those little, and all the big things put together that made the whole process stress free, smooth and easy. Thank you Heidi, Dijana, Rocky & the whole Donatos crew.

This was a great place to celebrate a close friends wedding. I was the MC for the venue and found the staff very easy to work with and appreciated how accommodating the coordinator was. It doesn't look like much form the outside but once inside it was a great place. Can't wait to see how all the dry ice and firwork photos turned out
