Domino's Pizza Whyalla

I ordered food to be delivered to my house at 9: 45pm. It was not only 10: 41 when I got the notification to say my food had arrived but there was no food to be found. Obviously I called the store but I got no answer for 20 minutes with me calling them the whole time. They close at 11 so my only chance of eating today was wasted along with my money.

The food was good everyone finished their pizza and best of all it was affordable

Ordered my food never got it called the store said id get a get refund in a couple of days totally feelin unsatisfied wouldn’t order online as it goes through takes ur money and doesn’t notify them

Poorly made, looks messy, outer crust dominates pizza with minimal toppings. Luke warm and soggy on three consecutive orders. Unappealing. Pizza hadn't been cut and most of the topping was on one side of the pizza which is obvious from the photo. And the dessert pizza? Oh dear.

2023 update on December 2018 review:
Thanking Dominoes for their kind reply five years on and advising they don't have a dessert pizza. Five years ago was a Nutella promo pizza and in that time the picture of the dessert pizza has 17.000+ views and the second pic 14,800+.

By far the worst pizza ever had service was terrible the person who took order couldn't speak or understand English then took down wrong phone number so when delivering couldn't ring to find where we were in caravan park.
Then return again after half hour with cold pizzas and ask if I want them redone so basically 2hours later I said no then no change for cash so had to wait for change never again.and not once did they apologise or offer another day of bringing me hot food terrible

Said I had cash to pay. Did not bring change took an extra $40 off me. Stay away for the cash payment with this branch.

Order was fast and staff friendly but pizza was not very good. Ordered a prawn pizza and didn't even get a prawn on every piece. Also paid extra for mushrooms and not many on it.

Whenever I visit the staff are always working like busy bees to get everyone's orders out on time. I've never had a bad pizza, but I occasionally get a topping I didn't ask for. Deliveries are always on time and the drivers are friendly.

Always come here when I travel to Whyalla. Staff are young but they know what they're doing. Never had an order wrong!

Very efficient and the pizzas tastes delicious. Haven't eaten a bad pizza from this place yet. Also their delivery people are always on time and very professional.

Gave me the wrong order. I ordered boneless chicken tenders but got spicy chicken wings instead not happy

Rudest staff I have ever come accross. Carry on like maniacs inside the store screaming and shouting. Female staff there on phone and in person are aloof, ignorant, lack courtesy and manners, have absolutely no product knowledge whatsoever, couldn't care less and give absolutely no leaway on price, even if I have a voucher or they never recongize it, in fact they enjoy charging you more, and its a multinational corporation! Lol. Talk about lack of community loyalty. Family and I went about 8 times and never again. We now choose Pizza Hut, much more professional and polite staff there.

First time trying the lovely tasty and filling pizza pockets really a good taste and really enjoyable good service also plus fast service.

Normally enjoy DOMINOS PIZZAS but this time, pizza was nearly cold, the girl delivering it was so surly, no smile, I was waiting at the door so she didn't have to wait for us to answer.will think again before ordering from DOMINOS.

The worst pizza place in whyalla. Delivered order forgot items, returned with cold garlic bread. 1star for being able to rate

To much sauce and it wasn't very deep for a deeper deep pan it was more like a classic I was very disappointed I really wanted to try that new pizza

Dominoes has really upped their game! They used to lack sauce and cheese on their pizzas but ever since they got that dome pizza checker thingy, their pizzas have been perfect and more delicious than ever! But they should stop layering pepperoni on top of each other.

DO NOT Trust the ads and TV offers I heard and seen you can get a $15 delivery on any large pizza delivered yet when I get it done in Whyalla they say here $15 delivery but you get a $2.25 surcharge WHY do they say it on ads
