Domino's Pizza Tranmere

My recent order from Domino's, labeled as vegetarian, turned out to include bacon, leading to a frustrating situation. What exacerbated the issue was the challenge in convincing the staff of the error; initially, they were hesitant to acknowledge the mistake. This communication hurdle and the oversight in my order have left me questioning the reliability of Domino's service, making it less likely for me to consider them for future orders.

They don't open until 1am on Friday.been waiting my food but they already closed.be careful

I've been to this specific store for years. For a long time they were able to deliver upmost food and great service. However the past few times have been very unfavouring. Pizza would come half cold, toppings missing or all on one side of the pizza, they would be cut very unevenly and sloppily, overall just not as great as they used to be.

No prices on the menu and when you ask to see a price list they just tell you to go online which makes you follow all the prompts to order before you can do anything.

What a joke no price on menu staff can charge whatever they like and I would be none the wise. Won't be using this company again. No food business sells items without a price tag. I will support smaller pizza bars in future

Wrost experience with food and management. I ordered gluten free pizza which was overchessy with less tomato sauce. I called to manager "Sumit" and He was rude to me. He has no managerial skills. Most of the time I ordered pizza from there But never had an issue. I felt offended how he can be manager. He should speak polite to their customers.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour and store members are really rude. Will not recommend this store if you are in hurry or looking for good pizzas

Scarce in toppings. Not enough cheese, not enough pepperoni. I wont be returning to this store again. It's not worth loosing a customer to save a few cents on cheese.

I ordered a pizza from this place and they did not deliver they did it at the wrong school I was disappointed and the reason I gave more than one star is because the people there are nice

Total $27 pizza I pay $50 cash and been told they don’t have change. I order chicken he gets me meatloaf

Very bad customer service. They ware talking in their language. They don’t even know how to serve costumer. Never wanna ho back again

I paid for extra toppings, double pepperoni on the loaded pepperoni because it's never very loaded which cost me an extra $2 (and added pineapple) and it had less toppings on it than you normally get upon first look. As i ate my pizza I discovered that yes it did have SLIGHTLY more pepperoni but it was all on two slices so I had to get my hands extra greasy to try to spread it across the pieces of pizza that had only one slice of pepperoni on it, which didn't stick so it was just falling off. They put 7 pieces of pineapple on it for an extra $2.7 pieces. Spread the toppings properly, and if I'm only going to get 7 pieces of pineapple for $2 I think I'll just pay the extra few dollars to go to a decent pizza shop next time.

I ordered one large, one mini pizza (veg) and a cheese gatic bread. Pizza base and garlic bread was burnt. Not at all edible. I think they should look into the casual approach of staff towards food.
Had the same issue before also and overlooked but this tone I was left with no option.
Please open a and check twice of your ordering anything from this outlet.

I have had many pizzas from this franchise, probably too many. This particular store always delivers the goods. Toppings are consistent and pizzas are hot on pickup. For the last couple years it also had the worst front door I've ever come across, it was hard to move, would get stuck, and didn't even close properly.this didn't effect the pizza, but it was a nightmare trying to manoeuvre with arms full of pizza. It seems like they have fixed that now. Overall a good store.

Fast, dependable and on time pizza service, but can get busy sometimes. Always ordered via the app for pick up to utilise any promo codes. Never had to pay full price for any pizzas ever. No disappointments so far. Recommended.

Ordered through the app and my pizza was ready before the actual time, which they informed me by a sms! Got there, pizzas were nice and hot. Only problem was the time they took to pour a sundae!

The worst pizza I have ever had. Dry, tasteless & lacking in toppings. Tried to let them know however they weren't interested.
