Domino's Pizza Port Augusta

Tried ordering on line but checkout failed to acknowledge my order.
Tried 5 times.
Went elsewhere and had no issues.
I think dominos has a problem with their online payment system.

3 months ago we purchased pizzas from here, after last night's effort, TOTALLY DISGUSTED THE KIDS SHOULD BE TRAINED A LITTLE MORE, Wow NOT EDIBLE

Whoever is making dough bigger tonight is a professional
Would recommend to give a try

It tasted like cardboard a person that serves me out the counter was impatient the pizza got stuck to the cardboard box I would not recommend it worth nothing

Love the pizza and workers are nice easy services you ain't waiting for ever for ya pizza your order doke quickly and promt no complaints for me

Very impressed by knowledgeable, excellent telephone service and manner, very fast and friendly service. Delivery service exceptional and super friendly. Great pizzas and garlic bread. Very fresh and nice tasting. One of the best Dominos ever experienced.

My pizza wasn’t cut properly and didn’t have enough toppings… went there ask them to replace my pizza … they did it …thanks to that beautiful girl…jaimee

I ordered pizza with extra cheese to the edge, got a normal there was no to the edge and no exstra cheese felt really ripped off, more money for nothing. We told the girl we got $20 so delivery could give right change but no one told him, he had no change for us so all up 1 pizza cost $20. The poor guy was looking through his wallet to try to give us our change. Sad

Thank you Kyla (store manager), Jake, Luke and all the other staff of this store for showing your generosity with 10 free pizzas for us nurses on 10/09/21. We all appreciate your support VERY, VERY much. The pizzas were amazing. Your pizzas are much better than any Domino's in Adelaide. Most of the staff members are very young but they are all quite efficient, friendly and helpful. It is so nice to see young people are doing such a wonderful job.

After putting a order in with a voucher for delivery then they sting you 6 dollars extra to drive 2km because they pay great wages at domino's.off to the pub for dinner now dew bags

That's a very poor customer service. Gave me wrong foods afterthat telling me to come their store in order to process the refund. Then, what's the point of ordering foods from online. If I able to come your store, I shouldn't choose delivery to order my food. Very disappointing service.

5 stars needed to be given great pizzas, awesome staff. Excellent value for money.

It was nice n quick pizza got it ready in 10min
Quick n friendly delivery to the car.
Pizza was nice n hot however looks like the guys are not trained well on how to stretch the base as the base at one end was extremely thick and the other was normal
The size was obviously small as it was not stretched properly. Was generous with sauce.
And I had made few customisations which was done correctly.

Got them to put our thin and crispy pizza back in a little longer and perfect thin and crispy back not thin and soggy

After ordering on the app and hungry for dinner, 1hr and a half wait for 3 pizzas. Was told not there fault as only driver working, nearly 2 hr wait for a pizza is unacceptable and the manager needs to be held accountable for the way he staffs and runs a friday night. Very unhappy. Plus I know people that have applied for a position here and haven't heard back at all. If they have enuf staff not to interview more, suggestion put on more staff Fri night. And mayb train the few u have to b a bit quicker. Would of been nice to be comped for my meal or at least throw something extra in, all I got was wasn't drivers fault deal with it

Bought Pizzas.the Pizza base were uncooked and were tasteless. Defintely not worth pizza bought from this store. I guess when they busy PIZZA quality is bad. They Dont pick up the phone so you can not tell even on the phone. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, a BBQ meat lovers, cheesy garlic bread and 2 50 spicy bites to only be given 2 pizzas that I didn't order and no spicy bites at all

Simon was So Helpful. He was not pushy as I was really taking a while to decide, just quick, quiet and helpful. The pizza was fast hot and tasty. Good work.
