I loved the pizza. An older gentleman named Gavin kissed be on the top of my bald spot. By far the best customer service of any business in 19 Church Place

Appuling food quality and racist staff to kick if off they apper angered when white people enter the store

Worst experience and pizza. The boys were on the phone to their mate about town and plans on loud speaker. So much sauce was on the pizza it was inedible. Maybe because they were on the phone to their mate they got distracted with trying to make a pizza. A nightmare being a person waiting for there order.

These people are serving vegetarian people chicken nuggest, delivery did not come on time and the person on call was rude as if he doesn’t care about the business

I ordered spicy veg supreme, guy stated it takes hours an hour, then I canceled the order, then guy said don’t order again which was soo rude to me, I hang my call, rang 3 times he hang my call, its happen port Adelaide, then I rang I said I want to talk manager but they said Manager is busy

I would have given 5 stars, but the chicken and camembert has fake squirty cheese, was hoping for the real cheese. Other than that, no complaints, fast delivery, lovely young man who delivered it.

Sunday surcharge makes it cost the same as a regular pizza bar. If you can't afford to run on a Sunday, don't open Sundays! Why should we need to pay a Sunday surcharge? No other fast food restaurant charges it

Horrible ham and cheese pizza hardly any cheese. Dry and the sauce was spicy. Kids didn't eat it.

Twice I've had garlic bread burnt on the bottom, ordered cheesy garlic bread 2nd time no cheese, barely any toppings or cheese on pizza, delivery took so long the pizza was almost cold, phoned the store tonight and the man was very rude, he said no freebies, I said I don't want freebies, your food is inedible, and you're the one who cooked it and it is now in the bin, nearly an hour to deliver, money wasted rude Indian man, stay away from this store food revolting, so I took a risk and ordered again tonight, garlic bread burnt black, barely any toppings, churros burnt everything was inedible $39 in the bin, the girl that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me, that's why I tried pizza hut sema4, both really really bad, order at your own risk, never again either of them

Ordered pick up. Pretty average. Pizza was dry, topping went no where close to the crust. Worse than Westlakes. Totally giving up on Domino’s.

Couldn't even cut the pizza properly.
Also was so thin it was just shattering, and was cold very quickly. Well they do mention 'one piece pizza' now.

So ridiculous Customer service, rejecting to take order on last moment after waiting on queue Inside store without any sign or notice

When my orders are correct, it’s pretty good food for a cheap price. However 50% of the time my order is messed up, there should be a better system in place to make sure this doesn’t happen.

Dont confuse them by ordering instore
Orders completed are put aside waiting for pickup.
Or maybe, just ask every few minutes if your order is ready then you dont take home a cold pizza.
Think i got two out of three meats.
Ham on hawaiian was cold.

Really Disappointed, had someone's nan sitting on the phone next to me waiting for her pizza. Couldn't handle listening to her talk about yarn.

They don't respect their regular customers

Used to be really good until Dominos started charging delivery surcharges. I'd only really order it for pickup to be honest. Delivery just isn't worth the money now with those fees on top. Pizza quality is great though.

Could not give -5/+5 rating otherwise would have done it.
They first sent me the order confirmation but when I called them regarding my order after about 20 minutes they informed me that they have cancelled it.

I get it! Sometimes you have to cancel some orders due to ANY REASONS but then you must inform the customer about it from your end and you definitely DON'T SEND THE ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL to them, they also deducted payment from my account.

Come on guys! Learn some professionalism! These are the basics

Pizza is great. Tired shop but tidy. Efficient service and only necessary communication. In out with no frills.
