Domino's Pizza Newton

I don't order pizza very often but this Newton shop run by Leon Kwok is A+ great food, fantastic service and friendly staff. A really good franchise owner, keep it up Leon.

I once had a bad experience in the past but since then we have always loved the pizzas we have ordered from this store. The staff are so friendly and kind.

Worst Pizaa Ever Had. Found Salami and Mushrooms on Chicken Perri Perri Pizaa. Is this the way u guys say Zero contact delivery. I wish I will give a 0 rating if I have a chance. Worthless

Confused where the sauce is… toppings are getting less and less but the prices keep increasing.
The online order glitched and went through incorrectly (all details checked beforehand but then checked again once confirmed and they’d changed?). We weren’t concerned by this and called the store within 2 mins of making the order to correct. The guy went yep yep yep no worries can do… then proceeded to repeat it back exactly the way we DIDNT want and called to fix.

Disappointed to be behind a swerving dominoes vehicle tonight all the way up lower north east rd. License plate ending in CAY…

Rarely get orders right and the staff there the other day (late Nov) were too busy chatting between themselves to notice my pizza was cooked 4 minutes prior, I called out twice but the delivery driver that just walked in ended up cutting and boxing it while in store staff did sweet @#$& all. July 22 update: The dude boxing the pizzas isn't wearing gloves and touches the food to make sure it's in the box correctly which I find really disgusting. I watched him with hawk eyes, if he touched my pizza I wouldn't asked for a do over. Plus they cut meat pizzas and vegan pizzas with the same slicer. I'm not vegan but if I was, I wouldn't be ok with that. I've changed my settings in the app menu so it will automatically place the order with Tranmere instead.

Only complaint is since i last ordered from domino's like 5 years ago the pizzas are much smaller

Worst pizza ever! I ordered peppy paneer and they gave me a veggie pizza from value range. I called the store and no one picked up. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

For years I thought Domino's was disgusting, due to several terrible experiences with another Domino's in town. But you guys are awesome. Your pizza and service completely changed my view on Domino's. Loved it!

They have no courtesy to inform youbif any of the ingredients are out of stock all they do just hand off the order, that's bad service.

I wish I could give 0 star. System showed the driver left, I've been waiting for more than 40 minutes, Haven't got my pizzas yet. No response from the store, can't even track the driver.

Ordered two pizzas via online and selected the option to have the pizza brought out to my car/ carpark. I ‘checked in’ that I had arrived at the same time that the pizzas were expected to be ready. After waiting 20 minutes I gathered they were never going to bring them out. Pizzas were fine but the service being offered was poor.

Domino’s has gone downhill over the last 20 years. I don’t usually go there, but sadly I did tonight. I really miss the deep pan pizza they used to make, today it is not much different from their usual base. To add insult to injury their loaded pepperoni pizza barely has any pepperoni! Very cheap quality pizza. I guess I’ll go back to making pizza at home.

Terrible Service! Ordered some Pizzas from Dominos Newton and had to pay a surcharge also as it was Sunday. Live 5 minutes from the store and placed the order at 7: 12 PM delivery was to arrive at 7: 44. It rocked up at 8: 28 cold and floppy. Rang the store to complain and the manager could not care less, insisted that I pay the driver for what I was about to throw in the bin! Avoid this store.

Waiting an extra hour after the estimated delivery time without an apology is completely unacceptable. The manager has extremely poor customer service skills and I do not appreciate being hung up on after spending $48+ that I won't even get back for 3-4 days.

I am from melbourne and i would absolutely disagree what this store provide a pizza! Very disappointing seeing it is extremely thin seems topping has less cheese because when you give very thin pizza you would have to put less amount of topping in order to not break pizza! However putting very thin base agains the dominos standard is doggey! The sides were great and taste of pizza were great but owner is trying to save money all the way! From base and topping in short words, good luck running business!

Second time I've been there and the pizza had very little topping or cheese and if you want extra cheese it's $2 extra. My pizza yesterday looked like a puff pastry it was so high and doughy. Very rushed, very little topping not happy

The worst experience! After ordering and paid online for 7 pizzas I waited a further 45 minutes in the store because they kept making the wrong ones. Thumbs down!
