Domino's Pizza Mount Gambier

Domino's is best known for its cheap and decent Pizza's, I would give them a 5 star for there $5 value Pizza's but they charged me over $7 because it was a Sunday I think.

Had someone steal my order from my front door and the staff remade and sent it out super quick, gave me a call when they got here to make sure I got it. Thanks guys really appreciate it.

Delivery was fast and driver was friendly.
Ordered a cheesy garlic pizza which looked like an vomit explosion. Sorry but its what it looks like and didnt taste great. It was oily and soggy.
The other two pizza didnt have enough toppings on them. But still tasted ok. Come on, whose responsible for making these pizzas? Show some passion in your cooking.

Poor and rude service when asked about a refund and price dispute from the manager, Overcharged and refused to refund.

Terrible service and rude staff. Waited 50 minutes for multiple pizzas, and when ringing to ask what was going on a young fella answered and said “we’re closed”. He then said “I’ll put you on hold and get my boss”. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and the call dropped out, I continuously called back and no one answered because they probably went home. So left without no pizza that was fully paid for. Would not recommend there service is disgusting and clearly lazy staff.

Obviously they rushed the order, pizza dough wasn’t cooked properly, very disappointing meal, will be getting pizza elsewhere from now on!

Extremely poor service, 11: 34am 25/09/2022 staff were rude on the phone, previously had no issues ordering/delivery to address, was told would have to pay an additional delivery fee despite address not being further then 10 minutes from store.extremely disappointed as we order 10 pizzas for a kids birthday party

Order two pizza, a cheese and pepperoni pizza, both came wrong with extra toppings. Called and got them replaced, only for the replacement pizzas came again wrong. When we called to get these replaced/refund, my wife was called a liar and I was told to (literally) shut up by the manager of the store when we tried to explain, we got a refund instead and needless to say we have not ordered from them again.

Unprofessional, rude and belligerent is how I would describe Domino's Pizza Mount Gambier.

Waited well over a month to get a refund for an order that was wrong, and then being accused of lying about the order being wrong, and then when they finally got it right the pizzas were awful.when I finally did get the refund by going down to the store instead of getting it electronically like they said they would do, and after quite a few phone calls and emails, the person who gave it to me was extremely abrupt, and was rude to the young girl she was working with.
I appreciate the employees that did try to help chase up where the refund went, and I was actually planning to go back despite the initial incident, however after all the hoops I had to jump through to get a refund and the attitude I received today, I won't be going back.

Unfortunately I can not give a good rating. I believe having very young staff is the reason why my order was wrong twice and had me waiting 45 minutes only to get home with cold pizza and not my complete order due to their mistakes and me not wanting to wait any longer.

I had to drive back to return the order and ask for a refund.

I'll give them another shot sometime in the future and adjust my rating if all goes well.

Ordered the garlic prawn pizza and it was the worst pizza i have ever had. The base was not cooked as were the prawns that topped it. Very dissapointed to say the least will not use this place ever again. Did not deserve even the one star.

Delivery driver going 70ish down highway then cutting in front to slam on breaks and turn last second, not a good loon for the company

We ordered a take away pizza with peri peri sauce and after coming home we checked it was completely different to what we ordered.
We called the store and complained about it and they said they are sending another pizza, after waiting for 40min a guy knocked on our door with a peri peri sauce bottle in his hand!
What?
You gotta be kidding me!
They are really bad and don’t deserve to be running this store.

Had Domino’s Pizza for the first time in 5 years & I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the taste & quality of the pizzas, the Garlic Bread is cooked just right, even the oven bake Chips were great, well done Domino’s.

Ordered on menu log waited 20 minutes longer then it said called them up and they said they would bring it over as soon as possible I have now been waiting and there ment to be closed still no food mind you ordered it well before they closed and now know one will answer the phone I'll be going in tomorrow to ask for my money back

2nd attempt to order pizza from here. Few weeks ago, ordered online. Waited 2 hrs and 2 phone calls later (was also on hold for at least 20 mins) pizza never arrived. Took over 24 hrs to get my money back. Manager called to say sorry and offer complimentary pizza on my next order. Rang tonight and placed an order after being on hold for 9 minutes to be told there is no mention of any complimentary pizza. Told id be passed on to the manager and was on hold for at least another 10 minutes before i gave up. Still dont know what the pizza is like but wont bother. Much better pizza places in town who actually will care for the consumers.

Pizza wasn’t what we ordered then when phoned to inform, they said they’ll make a new pizza (we asked for it to be delivered) when the guy rocked up 40 minutes later, with what we thought was meant to be a pizza, turned out to be a peri sauce bottle! Don’t recommend.

Great service and great pizza. Try the value range! Ordering online is easiest with this store as it is tiny

These guys must be making a lot of money- stood in front of counter for 5 minutes without service. One of the delivery drivers asked if I had been served and let me know someone out of the 10-15staff would serve me soon- to no avail I ended up walking out. Meth capital of Australia and they all probably work here. Useless would be an understatement.
