Domino's Pizza Mawson Lakes

Always had nice pizza from ML, however ordered Nachos as new on menu.it lacked substance with the topping; no avo or sour cream and very little else. Worst of all the bottom layer of cornchips were total charcoal! Not good guys!

This is the only store you actually have to pay to get cheese on your pizza.order one you'll see.never order from this store they are shocking, how is this store still open look at all the complaints.

If I could rate minus star I definitely will! I placed an order yesterday for pickup and the front staff was extremely rude and has the worst customer service ever. I know it was hot day but it does not mean your attitude to customers can be that rude. Please remember we paid they money not beg for your food.

Can't go wrong with Domino's, regardless of the location. The staff at the Mawson Lakes location are friendly, efficient and extremely professional. I've always gone in to the store and placed my order over the counter. As a result of which I've not had a chance to experience their delivery service. The wait time provided by the young man at the desk was accurate and the service was very prompt. After waiting for the order to be prepared, when going back in to the store to pick it up I noticed that my pizzas were ready and kept in an insulated bag so that they were at the perfect temperature when they were picked up.

The pizzas were good, just as they always have been!

This store stays open till midnight which is very convenient for all the folks who work late or anyone craving a cheesy pizza at a late hour!

Ordered a bunch of cheese pizzas so can't really judge on the quality. We also got delivery to the car so can't comment on the stores presentation. The staff member who came to the car got distracted talking to another employee on the way which was frustrating but when he got to the car he handed over the pizzas without saying a word and honestly that's the best thing ever. Thankyou for not forcing social interaction when I just wanna eat too much pizza.

Ordered 3 large pizza's, they wanted to charge 3 times the amount and the pizzas were much smaller than it's normal size

Absolutely terrible experience i am never going to this dominos again! Actually i might absolutely stop earing dominos because of the food i was served today!

Just compare the pictures to the actually advertosed food, we even ate hoping it tastes better than it looks but nope it tasted worse!

With a 12 minute timer on online ordering when i arrived to receive my food i waited at the store for 15 more minutes because the people preparing my food had forgot one item all together. So naturally by the time i got my whole order and reached home the rest of the food was soggy and disgusting!

And the store person tells me that we can compensate u by complimentary drink! Are you kidding me!

There delivery service is disgraceful, I gave them 45 minute notice and this is the second time it has been interfered with my half hour break at work

Wouldn't go back to that store nothing but bad service.they drop food on the ground and then pack again ready for delivery, no thanks no way I would I go back there, dirty place.

Yow its been 2 hours and my pizza ain’t here yet. You guys said it will take half an hour. Just cancel my order and I’m going to bed

*Be careful ordering Gluten Free*
We order from this store on a weekly basis and have always had great service and the food has been of good quality. Last night however we placed a large pickup order 7 pizzas+ with 1 pizza Gluten Free.
The Gluten Free pizza box was NOT marked. This is a problem as firstly how do we know which pizza IS Gluten Free and secondly if it isn't then we could have an allergic reaction.
It is always a risk ordering Gluten Free from take aways but we should be confident if they offer it then they should provide it. I called to complain and the store supervisor apologised but we couldn't eat the pizza anyway. They should have offered us a fresh GF Marked pizza not just try to descrIbe which pizza is GF.
Please check if you order GF Pizza from this store and be aware of what you are delivered/picking up.

Always my pizza stop. Order online and pick it up. The tracker works exactly. In the last 9 never had a confusion in orders.
Got exactly how we wanted with all tweaks and all. We always add lots of crushed chilli and we get it so.also tastes good.

A walk in order of X3 Value Range Pizzas & 50 Southern Fried Chicken Bites had us waiting for nearly an hour between walking in to the store & walking out again. And I had to approach the counter to ask where our food was!
Our pizzas were cold, soggy and the employee who gave them to us bare face lied to me, saying he had called my partners name, but we hadn’t left the store and nobody called his name. Walk in’s that came in after us, left before us.
Whilst in the store we also saw a number of other customers return with order errors or omissions.
I will most certainly be Emailing the Customer Service address to escalate this concern further.

Its domino's pizza. Its around the corner so i can make my kids do exercise to earn their treat, and its cheap. Whats not to like? Oh, well besides they inevitably screw up one out of three pizzas. But thats part of the domino's charm, amirite?

Have had only ho hum pizzas with previous owner at Dominos. (Not cooked well, bland pizzas, staff rather rude) But with new owners, I actually had a great avocado and veg pizza from there recently (finally pizza cooked properly and there was right amount of damn topping). Staff were great too. Love!

All dominos are an overpriced joke, pizzas got smaller and more expensive, do yourself a favor buy local or make your own with scone dough

This review is not about the food but the absolutely reckless driving of a driver employed at the Mawson Lakes store. We were heading to Mawson central and at around 8: 00 - 8: 05 pm today, this absolute idiot of a driver with no regard for others on the road stopped at the intersection red signal (Elder Smith Dr turning right onto Main Street) with music on high blast probably oblivious to traffic around him. On the green signal, we turned right. We were on the inner lane and he was on the outer (left) lane that needs to indicate to merge. We were ahead of him so the snowflake decides to accelerate and merge without any indication. If I hadn’t braked it would have been a disaster. This is not the first time a domino’s flake has done this in Mawson Lakes. Several other residents have said the same. Called the store a few times but was popped on hold. Maybe I should try the police next. Or Mawson Lakes living!

Absolutely disgusted with the manager of this store! We paid the extra $3 for guaranteed delivery in under 20 minutes & when the driver was late the app said an email would be sent with a free pizza voucher. The email never came & when I called the store the manager said she'd speak to head office & get back to me within 24hrs. 3 days passed so I called & she said she hadn't heard anything. 2 more days later I called again & she said she'd meant to call that day. Then I was told if I'd received the voucher it would have said I had to spend $22 to get the free pizza, even though the app screenshot I took said simply "FREE pizza on us! " After asking to speak to someone higher up I received a call back saying if I'd like to complain go to the website & fill out a complaint form. What a misleading load of rubbish & dominos Mawson Lakes manager, you should be ashamed of your customer service skills. We have been customers for a long time & NEVER will I buy from your inadequately managed store again.

Very disappointing service, pizzas r not cooked well. You can feel the uncooked base in your mouth like mud while eating test like yaq.paying for the same thing in inglenfarm Domino's is way better than mawson lakes.
$10 dollar for mixed uncooked stuff is like burning your money with lighter-.

I knw $10 is nt much bt the same price pizza hut give a very awesome delicious pizza.

Unlike most places that let you know when your food is ready, I was not aware of mine being ready even while I was already in the building waiting and had to ask if my food was ready in the end as it was taking too long. The food was indeed ready and thankfully still warm and tasted okay but I would like to see improvement with letting customers know when their food is ready if they are already waiting inside. Perhaps calling out our names a bit louder would help.
