Domino's Pizza Hove

Despicable food hygiene. Ordered pizza and fries, only for two teenager staff members to dig into the chips while I was waiting to recieve the meal for my family, and even made eye contact while I was looking at them! Meanwhile, rubbish was falling out onto the floor, and one of the staff threw a full large rubbish bag, down through the kitchen.
Clearly an unsanitary, and not enough older staff to keep an eye on the young staff. Appalled. Don't want to serve this to mt kids, in case it's not safe to eat!

I had a worker serve me called Jasper.was really polite and nice and helped me out heaps with my order because i got my order wrong.xxx

If you sauced the pizzas a little less they'd be perfect but they're pretty damn good for Domino's

Foods fine; but they should consider referring their teenage delivery drivers to the FBI for a job as how much they attempt to knock down your door when they arrive while you're trying to work from home.

Have your pizzas been reduced in size? Regardless the price has gone up 40% since our last order a few months ago.

Dont park on the side of the road before 7pm. The pizza cost me $300 when I parked in front of the store 5 mins to 7pm.

Cheaply made pizza but I really enjoyed the garlic bread.
The pizza made my hands really oily so I would of appreciate d if they gave me napkins

This store is not good at making pizzas. Tasteless, lack of quality and leaving off of toppings is common. Don't bother going there, they don't care about the customer and it reflects in there pizzas. A shame because other Domino stores make good pizzas. Why is this store so bad?

Everytime I order pizza, theres something wrong. I ordered pizza, app said 30 minutes delay, I called to check, person at shop said they are busy and to come after 30 minutes. I go after 30 minutes, my pizzas were sitting there for over 30 minutes and gone cold. They offered to change, I didnt want to waste food.not happy

If ya gonna close early maybe be honest about it? 945pm when you say 11pm seems dodgy

Terrible customer service. Rude and abrupt and dont listen, and because of this I got the wrong pizza that cost me double what I originally wanted. Also Pizzas are made badly!

Been there countless times now and have been to others. Every time I’ve gone there the pizza has always been fresh and enjoyable.

Absolutely disgraced as we ordered a Vegetarian Pizza, and instead received somebody else's order whom which ordered non-veg, adding more upon to our anger. Even after complaining, despite it being our first ever order from domino's, they told us to come back to talk to the manager for another pizza, which would further waste more time and make us even more hungry than what we were before. I advise not going to this location, either the staff are under-trained or there is no competence whatsoever in this location or the entire franchise.

Our Supreme pizza was missing half the ingredients its suppose to come with and the add ons requested for the meatlovers werent in sight, dodgy behaviour.and they wont pick up the phone.

I am very disappointed at the new size of their large pizzas. They are getting far too small and are more like a small now. I would be happy to pay a little bit more and you keep the size as a large.

This store has degraded significantly over the last 6 months. The toppings are taking less and less area of the dough. The last order 23.8.20 (which will be our last order ever) showed the lack of quality control. One pizza wasn't cut and the toppings were watery and fell off the base. The other was 'missing' a significant section off one edge and was basically cold! This obviously happened prior to cooking as the edge of the dough was brown and sealed. Yet that somehow passed inspection and sets the standard for their pizzas. The photo shows the pizza as we received it. Very poor.

EDIT: I completed the feedback form as requested by the store. I never heard anything from them. No acknowledgement, no apology, no response at all.

Ordered churos as part did not have the chocolate dipping sauce not gonna be going ordering from dominos again extremely disappointing.

I arrived at the store and looked at the display monitor which showed my pizza was ready. I went to the counter and was told it was not quite ready so waited for about 20 minutes before asking again. It wasn't in the warming rack and they started looking around. 10 minutes later it miraculously appeared in the warming rack and i was told it had just come out of the oven. I went home and found the pizza was lukewarm and dried out so it has obviously been sitting around for some time.
Not happy

My girlfriend and I ordered 1 pizza at 1822 and it had not been delivered for an hour, we rang and was told it was sitting there and would be sent out immediately. It took another 30 minutes to arrive at our house, which was a 5 to 10 minute drive from the restaurant. Free garlic bread and a drink was not enough to remedy this experience. Absolutely unacceptable and will be following this up with Domino's Customer care line. Reiterating - 1 pizza on a Wednesday night took 90 minutes to go from Hove to Warradale.

Spicey Veg, and a ham n pineapple really acceptable by family. But my vegan pizza was especially nice. First take-away in years,
