Domino's Pizza Hollywood Plaza

The pizzas taste alright and the staff r helpful and u can save a few bucks if u have a voucher.

Ordered pizza at 11PM and was delivered at 12: 30PM we are 6 mins away from the shop. Tried to call them twice but the haven't pick the call. Pizza was cold not good either they put only 3 small pieces of chicken and lot of allapinoes. Very bad service. Not going to order any more from this place. Bad quality and bad service.

Decided to have Domino's for Tea Half Meat Lovers
Half Hawaiian. It's the first Pizza since I been back in Adelaide. Have had Domino's Melb - Sydney. Went to Hollywood Plaza. Got it back here. If I could swear it had to be the most Distucting Pizza I have ever had. I had one slice I literally drank a Bottle of Mountain Due to get of the taste. It's sitting on top of the stove. I wouldn't even feed it to the Dogs. So Domino's of Hollywood Plaza you can't make pizza hang up your apron

In store everything was delayed and order was incorrect.

Both delivery times I rang about the concerning amount of time the tracker showed my food just sitting there (in excess of 20 minutes), first order time couldn't even get through.
When food arrived things we paid extra for hadnt been done (eg crusts), food cold, toppings missing.
Second time we rang over the sitting out concern and the team member just said yeah it's sat there for 20+ and just said there's delays. She had no cares.
They might be in bags but these bags aren't that magic, each time the food has been cold and gross. Not even considered lukewarm.

I understand places get busy, but they clearly aren't capable of managing this in an effective or professional manner. Even for cheaper pizzas.

Team members don't care, simple as that, we had big breaks in between to give them time to up their game, obviously not a priority of managements. We'll continue to avoid them.

Absolute shambles of a business. Bunch of fat kids with bad attitudes who can't get an order right. This place needs to be shut down.

I ordered pizza but dominoes app removed capsicum, cheese and onions on spicy peppy paneer. I talked to the manager and she said was not polite and told me that she could not do anything about it. I asked her to check my previous orders as i never ordered a pizza without cheese. I would recommend and i will never ever order a pizza from domino’s.i will also ask my friends not to buy pizza from them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I requested the store manager if she could give me another pizza, she hanged the phone. So rude.

Delivery guy must have knocked and we didn’t hear instead of leaving food by door like selected he took it all the way back to the shop rang them up he re delivered like 30 mins later still again knocked no contactless delivery he dropped the churros and said he would be back with another lot and never came back no refund nothing.

They took 2hours to deliver and then forgot pizzas from the order we rang and kept getting hang up, then we went to collect the pizzas missing and took another 2hours over all worst experience yet, sorry but I will not order here again

Ordered pizza of course got delivery time from Uber but had to wait ages. Rang 1st time put on automated call 2nd the girl said it was out had no idea except it was coming. 3rd call got offered store credit but I refused as I was waiting needed shower and shave and can’t move hanging on for dinner. Multi deliveries doesn’t work for me. Thanks now late for work. Will not be returning

Your soggy vomit inducing pizzas were delivered late. The pizzas taste as if someone threw up in the box. Get your act together

As it's really all about the food, this should just be 5 stars. I ordered 4 pizzas and each one was really good. So thoroughly recommend this Dominos.

Tried ordering on ubereats, Straight away they canceled my order 3 times. No reason at all. Laziness coming from dominos pizza hollywood plaza

I believe there should be more than just 1 or 2 works on at certain hours. Because waiting 20mins Max is a little overboard when everything should be done within certain mins. I think more staff are needed

I order pizza for my son and since my wife have a covid I was close contact I didn't want to go to the store. So I press bring in the car option. The pizza was expect to be ready on 7: 38 so I went there on time and press ready on car button to let them know after waiting almost half an hour outside my patient ran out so I went inside and tell them that I was waiting half an hour in car. I am bit frustrated as well. I thought they will bring the pizza inside the car and proceeded to wait outside. After waiting another 5 min outside I call them to let them know I am still waiting. But the manager decided to cancel my email. My $20 is gone. He said now I have to wait 5 - 10 waiting day get my refund. I didn't even get order cancellation email or text.

I ordered the pizza for the Christmas Eve over the domino’s website and showed as delivered. So I called and enquired about what is happening and why is it showing it’s been delivered. Staff asked “do you have a cats” which was a stupid question.
They said they will deliver an another one in half an hour but we actually we got delivered after 1.5 hours when everyone left. Staff from domino’s didn’t even bothered to apologise. Finically they delivered the pizza and when we opened it looks so mess, I assume that the delivery driver dropped the pizza on the floor.

Lunchtime pizza seemed the go. Ordered an extra large Loaded Pepperoni (with 50% more Pepperoni, Yum).
What I got was extremely disappointing. If that's 50% more Pepperoni, it's predecessor must of been a complete flop with roughly 2 pieces per slice. What I got was a cheese pizza with a scattering of Pepperoni.
I hate it when companies display a photo of one of their products and what you get, isn't even a distant relative. Shame, shame, shame.

Absolutely disgusting service basically scammed me for 23 bucks I paid 23 bucks for a large pizza been told the driver has left the store doesn't even get delivered in the time amount that they said this store could get some better service and they also told me when I spoke to the boss was that I can t get a free pizza and I have to wait 5 to10 business days for my money to get put back into my account un believable this store needs better service

Ordered pizza delivery over the phone as we always have and it came late. And we received a voucher for a free pizza in the mail as an apology, but when we tried to order pizza and use the voucher we were told we can only redeem the voucher if we order online not in a phone order which is ridiculous, we should be able to use the voucher the same way as we ordered the pizzas that came late in the first place

We orded $70 worth of pizzas for my granddaughters bday avro on Saturday.
The pizzas where dry no taste.
The pizzas tasted like they where made night before.
Normally pizzas are really nice but not even my dogs would eat them.
Pizzas where that bad hardly anyone ate them.
The lady on duty that day was so rude forgot the garlic bread.
Didnt even help with the door. My daughter was on her own with a child trying to carry 7 pizzas out.
So people went home hungry.
