Domino's Pizza

Very bad customer service, a stupid girl takes orders, not welcomeing customers, ignore customer requests, speak very rudely, knows nothing about pizzas.

I ordered a pizza, two servings of chips, chicken wings, and garlic bread for pickup. Unfortunately, all of the items I received were cold and the chips were soggy. Later, I noticed that one of the staff members turned on the hot box where the food was being kept warm only when I arrived to pick up my order. It seemed that they had left the hot box off until the moment I arrived, even though other orders were waiting for pickup. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply laughed. They showed no professionalism in addressing the issue. I would not recommend this place.

I ordered peppy paneer pizza, but I don't know why U guys named it peppy paneer, if U don't have to put paneer on it, I got only 2-3 paneer pieces on whole pizza, named it just veg. Pizza instead of peppy paneer, it happened so many times, will never come again.

Pizza and garlic bread was not cooked properly, explained to them i wanted refund and got rude to me.
The refund is in there policy and still did not provide!

Phone was never answered. Went there in person. Worst carpark ever
No spaces for my gf to park and delivery drivers went off at her. If have big car very difficult to turn around in carpark when want to leave.

When i went inside to order served the old ladies before me and then disappeared out the back and didnt serve me. Was standing at front desk for 5- 10 mins without being served. Screen said 40 min wait from order. And i wasnt even served. Went else where.

I have ordered at 8: 46pm meant to deliver at 9: 15pm, but it came at 9: 31pm, I called to store and said the my pizzas are cold and came late and store manager whoever was answered with very rude manner, he replied me that” No, this is not possible we serve hot pizzas and your ordered at 8: 46 and its now 8: 31 its only 30 mins took, I said yes i know but it meant to be delivered with 15 minutes once its ready and my house is within 8 mins distance away from the store then he replied “ do we have only your order in the store”, I said this is not the way to talk to a client.then he said “tell me that we have other clients as well, I understand how busy it can be go, but this is not appropriate to talk the anyone as he did. Further more, I said I will write a review about your
behaviour, he said go for it and hang up the phone one me. Super rude behaviour, will never recommend anyone,

Week ago I ordered 2 pizzas only to receive incorrect order when I got home I called and was told they will leave a note on my name and I will receive another pizza next time, just arrived to pick up that pizza been told I was lying and cannot give me the order, I will never be returning

I have proof as my online bank receipt, I ordered online as I always do, I don’t want your free pizza or anything ever again from your store, all your reviews show what a rude manager you are so all the best mate!

Ordered 3 pizzas with 2 garlic bread for $39 pick up! They were standard pizzas! When I got there I was told they would be with me in a minute and yet had to wait while he made other pizzas. Service was extremely poor and when I got home with pizza it was so small and hardly any toppings. Not happy at all and unfortunately this one place has turned me off Dominos all together. Standards have really dropped. I wouldn’t waist your money here.

Ordered 3 pizza's requested not to put some specific sauce but they still put it went back next time just tried to explain what happened last time the guy replied but still ate a pizza why complain, just bunch off unprofessionals

Order over Door Dash. More than an hour for delivery, even though the estimated time was 25-35 minutes. Should be delivered to me but the order was dropped on the front. Cold and excessively small for a large pizza. Didn't answer the phone. Great product AND customer service. Good job!

Absolutely shocking ordered 2 pizzas garlic bread and a drink waited about 45 mins the app said pizzas been cooked and out for delivery so rang up but nobody answered cause the store had closed so never recieved my pizza

Bad service, not a friendly store person. Suggest you to go some where else very bad food quality.

Very Bad service. Everytime late. Happen like 4-5 time.i try to talk with staff.but they dnt care about customer. I reqst to dominos. Plz take care on this. As i can see there is many bad reviews from people as well.

I had ordered 3 pizzas valued at 42 AUD and the amount of toppings was less. When I called for refund then the store person asked to pay more for toppings. It's was a poor value for the meals and a disgusting customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store as they are more for profit before customer satisfaction!

I basically just ate pizza that was having sauce spread and barely any toppings in it.

PS: The store manager response was that the quality of pizza is based on the money I have paid. For his kind attention I have not received any free drink or free garlic bread so yes I am not a freebie and showing you how to take care of your customers. But considering all the reviews, you would gladly prefer arguing with customers. Own it up mate and improve!

Last time I ordered it was fine, however tonight they told me I couldn’t ordered the same thing because my 15 dollar delivery coupon from the dominos website isn’t at their 20 dollar delivery minimum. What’s the point of the coupon? !
They’ve lost my sale. Will never ever go back here, absolutely awful customer service.

I purchased three pizzas via the app. (There were some really good deals via the app.)

They took a bit longer to be prepared than originally expected.

We enjoyed the pizza. They were fresh and tasted good.

The sizes of the slices were not uniform. There was one where the smaller slice was less than half of a larger slice! Something for the store to look into

Tried several times. Always getting nice pizza. Only thing let me down from this store is thin crust base. They always burnt base for thin crust. But never had this problem with other store.

Enjoyable pizzas and milkshakes plus quick delivery my nephew loves ordering from here when he visits me so thank yous team dominos be looking forward to ordering agai soon:)

Best branch of dominos. Ample amount of toppings and always good. I’ve been to other branches and they’re never this good. Owner is also friendly.
