Domino's / Domino’s Pizza Seaford Sa

I have had a few pizzas of late that seemed uncooked. I thought I'll order a thin and crispy figured that at least it should cook through to the middle. I was right the base was cooked however the meat on top was hardly cooked and felt as if I was almost eating raw chicken. Reading a few reviews this seems a common trend. Not to sure if these places get investigated for food standards but the number of people reporting under cooked food is a trend and I am sure for each person leaving a review of undercooked pizza there would be quite a number not even bothered going back.

Food was great - fresh and delicious. Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. The shop itself is really loud so wouldn't recommend eating in if you don't like loud noises etc.

It's a Domino's so you know what you're getting really. Quality and service from here can be hit and miss, depending on when you order.

The pizza was surprisingly good given I'm not generally a fan if the big pizza chains. Atleast this store does a decent job.

Place an order for churros and pancakes over the call, led informed $10.50 with delivery, i double check twice to make sure its the right amount. He confirmed including $2.50 for delivery. As was not drivers fault, i paid $15. However churros were halfway baked and not cooked well from inside and pancakes were soggy. Upon calling the store to pass feedback, manager, arguing and rudely asking am I drunk and out of my mind? Stating I wanted money back and want to get free food from beginning?
Is this how you treat customers with no respect?

Unfortunately this store usually gets my order wrong, forgetting any added extras I've paid for and or delivering the wrong pizzas.

Ordered garlic prawn pizza from their “premium” range. Such a huge disappointment! Absolutely tasteless, no garlic had been within 100 meters of that pizza, about 8 small prawns indiscriminately scattered also had no taste and sat in a pale thick pool of tasteless melted cheese. Never again!

You’re better off putting enough topping on, wherefore customers are pleased and want to come back, rather than being slack and getting less customers. It benefits neither the customers nor the store.

Absolute rubbish. I don't know how they can even call it pizza. It is like frozen pastry with topping. First and very last time for us.

Used to be a good pizza store. The last 2 times we ordered pizza, the quality was terrible. The first pizza had barely any olives that tasted terrible (had to pay extra specifically for olives). I rang the store and wasn't rude, but the girl was unhelpful and sounded really bored and just hung up on me. The 2nd time I got ONE piece of pineapple per slice and a few olives on one pizza, and just a handful of tomato on a margarita pizza. Both pizzas had over an inch of crust with no sauce. Dry/ lacked toppings and sauce.
Dominos Seaford really need to lift their game.

It's the last time I have a pizza from this store. Over time have had 5 and each one is not good. Not enough cheese. Too spicey. Base not crispy so I'm back at seaford.

Over 45 minute wait after the scheduled pick up time. Staff said it’s in the oven which it was not it wasn’t even being prepared. When we finally got the pizza 3 out of 5 were cold, toppings sparse and they were not cut properly. Should have stuck with our local pizza maker.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza a while back and when it arrived it had only a single slice of pepperoni?
I'll trade one star for each slice of pepperoni I got lol

Just walked in.
Ordered 1 extra large pineapple pizza which cost $ 7 and a extra large godfather which cost $ 10 cost me $ 23.00.
Idiots on Saturday nights don't know how to add up a simple sum.
Ripped me of $ 6.00.
Thieves.

Pizza was almost cold by the time we got to our friends house (no more than 3 minutes away at the Sands Retirement Village) and when we started eating, found it dry and unpleasant. A frozen pizza from Seaford S/C would have been better. We were extremely disappointed and should have just ordered garlic bread ️

Really amazing how they managed to burn the garlic bread while also not making the crust crispy.
Pizza was good with delicious topping however the crust tasted like the smell of dead mouse.
