Sites are very tight, but the staff try and work around it. Was snapped at by one of the young workers as our vehicle wasn't on our site. It would not physically fit. Acting manager came to find us and sorted the issue for several of us that had the same problem. Lovely lady.
My best staff member award goes to the lovely man that cleaned the camp kitchen. He was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. The kitchen was clean when he went in and absolutely sparkled when he left.

Spotlessly clean, roomy, comfortable cabin with everything you might need, plus great location. Heated indoor pool a big plus. One of the nicest, if not THE nicest cabin I've stayed in

We’ve had a few trips to Robe Discovery Parks and every-time it does not disappoint! The office staff were so lovely (switched us from unpowered to powered site, to move us away from the kitchen and playground as it’s school holidays). They we’re so kind and generous, we had an amazing trip! The facilities are amazing! Definitely recommend, we will absolutely be coming back! Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and kind.

Caravan sites very small with limited space between vans. Cars parked along roads in front of vans makes moving vans into and out of site very difficult.
Indoor pool is small and always busy. Unfortunately we went the day after a "code brown" and the water caused rashes on us (most likely due to the over chlorination of the water).
Shower water pressure in amenities block near playgrounds almost non existent. Better to use the older two blocks.
Would have been nice to have been told about activities for kids at check in, as we didn't know about weekend pancakes until we drove out for breakfast.
Kids carts are very old and were free during our stay. We're told they are getting new ones soon.

Great park! Pity you can't choose your neighbours.
Amenities were close, and the park is close to the water as well.
Wonderful sunset down at the beach.

Great park right next to beach (across the road) but the real advantage is the proximity to Long beach which is about a 1min drive from the park. Beware they do pack you in on the sites so be sure to really be open about your van size or you might struggle. We managed to get a last minute booking for just after new years and the team was fantastic to help get us a site, so much appreciated. There's plenty of extra curricular activities organised by the park like pancake breakfast, wine tasting and kids club stuff too. It's a short drive into the main street of robe about 5 min which we loved as it avoids some of the hustle of the township. We will definitely be rebooking to hold our site for next year ;)

Stayed in a pet friendly cabin. It was dirty and bed had insects and bed bugs. Never again to stay in one of these place. Scarred for life

Over $100 a night for a powered site far too small to fit most vans or campers. Packed in like sardines when busy! Other than that it’s a nice place when not busy.

This was our first time to this park. It has to be one of the best we have ever been too. Toilet facilities were so clean and the park over all was in excellent condition.

Location great.
Powered site with ensuite had very limited space for van, awning and car with no management of given area.

Our main disappointment was when there was a power outage from approx. 5pm to 11: 30 PM.on one of our days.
We had three different reasons from park staff as to the fault, limited communication and when I asked about any compensation, they informed me to take it it up with South Australia Energy! Really! I'm not the account holder. Zero care, zero responsibility!

The caravan park was nice, just not enough space to pull out your annex, too many caravans so close together. The ensuite was nice and new, but unfortunately there were 3 steps up to get in & I have a bad knee & the last complaint was the toilet was only suitable for pigmy’s & again with a bad knee, made it near impossible to get on & off.

EDIT: I was lucky/unlucky enough to be staying with some friends during Adelaide's recent freak storm. With strong winds causing outages to much of the state, our tents and fold out shade were quickly destroyed. However, rather than end our stay there and head home early. The incredible staff were kind enough to offer us cabins free of charge, to make sure we slept comfortably that dreadful night. A wonderfully kind gesture and one we won't soon forget!

A beautiful park in a great location just a short walk from the stunning beaches. And a short drive from the main street. Lovely staff and large, well-maintained facilities.

We stayed in 2 bedroom older cabin- 2 couples. 2nd bedroom is bunks. The staff are lovely- a credit to the business. We stayed overnight. Very clean. Well set out even though not huge but had everything we needed. Good price and a very friendly park. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet stay in a lovely area. Short drive to shops.close to water.

Air-conditioning worked wonderfully! Wish there was more milk / tea and coffee samples, out cabin didn't have any soaps/ shampoo but our families larger one did, I recommend staying here.

Paid for a powered site.

Instead got hourly power spikes causing blown fuses, electrical issues and hourly power outages in freezing temperatures.

What really is of concern is that the Park knows of this issue (see similar complaints in Reviews) yet continues to take bookings and has done nothing about the problem.

Do not book an ensuite site unless you want to isk destroying your van's electricals.

Regrettable stay.

Admins attitude was terrible and managers was even worse!
Very unprofessional and disappointing

A very clean park and well laid out. Staff could not be more helpful to ensure your stay is trouble free. Whilst it did rain most of the time we were there we had no problems with our site. Would come back again if in the area.

What a great caravan park. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin, had everything we needed. Facilities were lovely and clean. Kids enjoyed the play area although the flying fox was not operating which was a shame. Definitely recommend to stay here
