Lots of variety when it comes to art supplies, incense, trinkets, plant pots, craft stuff etc and staff are very kind

Great friendly service, really good prices. I went in on a whim at 4: 30 in the afternoon the day of, and they were super helpful and had me out of there in under 30 mins with a balloon arrangement that my mother absolutely loved.oh and writing this 4 days later and the balloons still look great.

Love this shop. I always find something I need or like or have to have. STAFF ARE WONDERFUL.always happy and have time for a short chat. Good prices.

For customer below, when you have been there all 4 times and each time was disgusting customer service.have you ever stopped and wondered "perhaps its just me, maybe Im nasty and could smile more? ". Because I bet more than likely that's the case! Going by your other reviews, not much makes you a happy lady!

Yes, this shop gets very busy at times. But, all in all, its a great little shop for last minute "anythings".
The older lady employee (blonde hair) does love a chat which can hold up the queue a bit, but she means well & is friendly - but perhaps something she could be a little more mindful of.
Most of the young employees are great and helpful and likely learning some vital life skills early on by getting themselves a job.
I feel sorry for them when they are treated so horribly by rude customers (which I’ve witnessed), these people probably haven’t worked a day in their life and demand unrealistic expectations of customer service.
Just because you’re having a bad hair day, don’t take it out on a young kid that can’t give you 25 helium balloons 5 minutes before closing… Plan ahead people! Otherwise… BE KIND

Friendly service. Has all your party needs as well as helium balloon arrangements. They are always really busy so best to book ahead if needing big orders. Always a great shop to grab gifts, cards and knicknack items too.

The lady is very friendly and helpful brought some diamond paintings they were half price very happy

Great shop for things you didn’t even know you needed. Good prices, staff are just so lovely, always busy but always time for a smile. Excellent service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Have been there 4 times, and all the times was treated with the worst kind of service possible on earth. I am not a person to write reviews much, but this kind of treatment could not be happening over and over again. The serving person at the counter doesnot bother to greet or acknowledge even your presence, leave alone customer service. Promised never to walk through that door again! Much better shops out there. AVOID this shop.
