3At Disability Support Network my daughter has lots of fun and feels safe with her support workers. I have lots of repect for the way they communicate with me. They are always finding new activities that combine fun, with leaning every day living. They're like a second family to me and my daughter. My son attends DSN and absolutely loves it. It was a big adjustment going from school to day options and his anxiety levels were high, the team at DSN were wonderful, reassuring and compassionate welcoming him with open arms. He now can't wait to go every morning waiting outside for the bus to pick him up. The weekly program fits in well with his NDIS goals too.
My daughter attends DSN for Day Options and for Short Term Accommodation. She loves every minute of her time spent with them. I really appreciate the professionalism of the directors and staff. They all provide an extremely high standard of support which is individualised to meet the clients' needs. Their premises are spotlessly clean. They always reply promptly to messages and emails. I can fully recommend Disability Support Network. I am very comfortable knowing that my daughter is being well looked after, she would rate them 10 out 10.
