Steven was my courier today and provided excellent service. He delivered two large mattresses and brought them inside so that I didn’t have to lift them. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you for the great experience.

I worked with this company for 3 years. Can't say I was happy. No transparency. Fleet Manager has a bad attitude experienced by not just myself but many many others.freight will not always get to you on time that's not the fault of the driver but the mis management of the company. Good luck when dealing with these ppl your going to need it

Over 7 working days for something to get from Perth to Adelaide, then the tracking states delivery by 5pm.then 6pm.then it updates saying that a card was left, back dated to 4pm.
I was home the whole time and have security cameras confirming nobody has attempted a delivery and no card has been left. Customer service has been decent, but that doesn't help them complete their main job - delivering parcels!

By far and away the best out there! Quality drivers in quality vehicles and whats more, we can notify our customers to not only inform them once their goods are collected, we can send them an sms or email to say we are within a few kms of the drop. Our customers love the transparency and we love the service full stop!
