Dimonds Gallery used to be in the Adelaide Arcade and have recently relocated to their new spot in Magill. The new operation in Magil is brilliant. Rene knows his stuff and as a professional photographer, I trust him and have done so many times now to produce amazing work at the highest quality level. Both his printing and custom framing is top notch. I don't take my work anywhere else but to him.

Over the past few years I have had more than a dozen items prepared by Renato (and his Dad) at Dimonds. The work has varied from textiles stretched over a frame; to 'straight forward' framing of art prints and limited edition lithographs; and framing and presentation of mixed-media collages.

There are four elements of getting something framed - the frame itself, the mat, the mounting board and the glass - and in every case, Renato's eye for colour, weight, what works and what won't, has been expert. That kind of quality takes time that Renato is happy to spend. And that is matched by the quality of the workmanship in the finished product.

The work has always been nothing short of excellent, and potential customers should feel very confident about getting first-class service from drop-off to pick-up. Recommended without hesitation.

WoW! This is the kind of service we only dream about, took some photos to Renato, he said very busy, so it could be a couple of weeks, yes no problem I will wait, we had not even left the city, just about to in fact when I get a call from Renato, I have done your copies you can pick them up when your able, we went straight there, , oh, and the photos, absolutely stunning! Thank you so much Renato! OH, and he even took a blemish from one photo, looks brand new again!

What a great little store. Renato has a great eye for what will work. I went into the store with the idea of getting my print framed in what I would say now was a boring wooden frame. Renato suggested a coloured frame which really complemented the print and that totally changed my thinking of what I wanted. I am so pleased with the outcome and have now ordered a canvas which is being printed from a photo I took, I am very excited to see the outcome. Renato is great to work with and I highly recommend Dimonds Gallery, you will not be disappointed.

Dimonds Gallery is a picture framer of high quality with a very keen eye on matching frame and matting to the right colour. There's a great piece of mind knowing that it's being framed properly and traditionally and the job is going to last a lifetime.

I really like to support small, local businesses and wish Dimonds all the best in a difficult time and environment, so I hope they take this as constructive rather than destructive.
To get a small poster framed that cost almost double of what I have paid for a larger poster and basic framing, for it to take over two months to be ready and then to have the owner/face of the company be so rude, dismissive and very openly bored by my wanting to collect my product finally was the last straw for me. I will not be using them again. There is so much he could have done when I first walked in and then to be asked “ Is that okay” as he showed me the finished product, what could I say. It was a disappointing framing job all round, cut too close to some of the names and very basic. His attitude is strange in such a lovely shop, in my favourite arcade.
Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback as I was really upset leaving there today with a very expensive, sub standard job on a treasured piece of art.
