This business is slow to ship and provides no customer service whatsoever, routinely ignoring emails and hiding behind deceitful excuses such as "due to increased volumes of work", in much the same way as both Medicare and Centrelink do to avoid serving customers. To make matters worse, seeds I ordered that were only available via this business, have since flowered and are not what I ordered.same species, but not the cultivar ordered. Have had to go via PayPal to get a refund. They claim to have 40yrs plus experience, but that clearly counts for nothing, because they fail to provide what customers pay for, ship promptly and ignore emails. Lazym unprofessional business, I will not be ordering from again.

Amazing store with different plant varieties for home garden, lot of information. Highly recommend to buy club membership if you are planning to visit regularly for different garden plants, saves money, good quality plants and cheaper than bunnings

I always have such fun and receive great service from knowledgeable and friendly staff at Diggers. It's my one membership I don't think I'll ever think twice about, the magazines the seeds and supporting a great business makes it a no-brainer.

The diggers club is an Adelaide gem, a must for tourists and locals alike. It's a not for profit company bringing so much good into the world, a company everyone should feel good about supporting. All the staff are so lovely, great customer service.

I went in yesterday looking for natives for autumn planting and was inspired by Sara to plant from seed. Sara has enormous knowledge and generously shared valuable tips about how to maximise success in germination and ongoing care for the seeds in my clayey soil. I felt very supported and grateful. Thank you Sara!

Super nice and accommodating with advice for a last minute Christmas gift being sent to Tasmania (with its own bio security rules) even wrapped it up nicely!

I visited Diggers and was excited to spend some money I had saved on my garden.
I was expecting since it was spring time and leading up to Christmas that the shop would be well stocked with goodies.
I was very disappointed, the shop was very uninspiring and not a very good variety.
None of the staff said hello or asked if they could help, I had a few things to purchase but decided to put them back.
Overall it was a very disappointing with my visit.

Love the immense amount of seeds it can be found in this place.
It has brought our family together as utilising the heirloom seeds my wife and I were able to bring two families of grandparents together by giving them the shed task of sorting them out and taking their pick 70s style.

I love The Diggers Club. They have an extensive range and knowledgeable staff. Even better profit helps to support saving of heritage plants

Absolutely delicious food especially the kangaroo. Would suggest sharing your plates. Very friendly attentive staff. Will definitely re visit. Due to its popularity you may need to book well in advance. Thank you

My first visit and loved it! Heaps of seeds that you don't get at most nurseries. The advice from staff is knowledgeable and valuable. Loved the quirky gifts available. Prices are reasonable. Only 8 people allowed in shop at a time atm. Worth a visit!

A fabulous garden shop that requires a visit to the Botanic Gardens- perfect! A huge range of Heirloom vegetable, herb and flower seeds, as well as a good range of seedlings, small pots of perennials, fruit trees and indoor plants which changes according to the time of year. The shop has a great range of gardening tools, books, useful and decorative stuff and a selection of organic fertilisers, plant foods, soil improvers etc. I always find more than I am looking for! Staff are always helpful and are a great source of information. Definitely worth a visit and if you love gardening (or want to get started) consider joining the club for discounts, seed annuals, magazines and lots of perks.
