1st delivery (to our business) was made Saturday 5pm when we're closed like many others. 2nd attempt claimed we weren't at the business or that the business was closed Friday 29 July at 4pm which is a complete lie. This is the third time DHL delivery drivers are too lazy to actually deliver our parcels and that's simply isn't good enough. There are NO valid reasons as to why DHLcannot deliver our parcels within those time frames. Additionally, e-mailed attachments aren't working so we can't ask for help online as we can't access any tracking numbers. An absolute joke! We will be lodging a formal complaint.
