Yeah it’s very cool and 100% worth a visit (especially if you’ve lived in Adelaide a long time), but it’s rather expensive. Understandably expensive, considering a lot of the stock is one of a kind, just too expensive for me.

Great place to get building supplies, they have so many unusual and funky items for sale, also the staff are always friendly and helpful, love De Youngs

This place is evolving, great spot to find something for a project, some old some recycled, some new. Lots of query stuff to make a project unique. Looks like some improvements to the building are on the way too.

PLEASE see to Gramps urgently, I think that's his name. Your beautiful cockatoo is neglected, very sad and lonely. Get him a companion bird and move his cage back to the front entry! He was shoved out the rear back, alone and very despondent. It is absolutely cruel and heartbreaking! Otherwise this place is a lot more expensive than it used to be. No real bargains.

Wonderful place to find just what you need. Also furniture, antiques and rare finds. Spend an hour or maybe longer.

I find the staff at DeYoundgs always incredibly helpful and the prices are great. Always my first stop for bits.especially the weird and strange bits.also the first place I got to now for timber as well. Thanks guys you are all amazing!

A lovely gem hidden away in osullivans beach went for first time very friendly staff these guys have got amazing variety of stuff plenty to look at good prices give them a visit sometime

Absolutely awesome place to go anything you want they have got it any questions they will help you friedly people nice to chat nice day out reckonmend to go, and vist there shop personally i go all the time and found lots of antiques thats hard to find anywhere else, love there shop 10/10 not many places around these days but to go to there shop and have a look around its a huge shop at rear items go you will have a good time there enjoy

Love this place, I get this sense of charm and character as soon as I enter through the front doors. There's so much great second hand stuff, sometimes it's nice to just browse but I quite often go to deyoungs before anywhere else to see it i can find what I need for various little projects. Ben is a good guy and is happy to negotiate prices.

Love this place! My wife, daughter and I go monthly at the very least. There's always something new to hunt through and look at.

Seems I have become a regular purchaser here. The team are keen to help, polite and happy to make a sale. Look forward to returning.

An overwhelming range of items. Memorabilia, antiques, secondhand furniture and building materials. I can usually find what I'm looking for if I don't get too distracted!
