Worst experience possible.
Pre booked 10 seater minivan for 6: 15pm. Dispatch rang to inform me the bus has passengers on board to drop off and will be with us shortly. While the dispatcher was talking to me i asked if the mini bus TAXI 6080 was for us and that it was parked in front of us attending to an user pick up. Passengers went into chicken shop along side us and ordered tea.
20 minutes later we finally got our mini van and the driver thought he was driving in Bathurst 500.
Booked same minivan for pick up later that night to be told they only had a 7 seater which was also running late and was surprisedwhen i told them i was not paying extra for the extra trip. When it finally showed up the first trip the driver went straight passed the drop off and had to go around the block to get back and the second lot had to be asked if they were going to the same drop off point. Hello what sort of company is this. Never had so much trouble before and they wonder why I cancelled the minivan for the second night.
Definitely not happy with this experience.

Drivers are so polite, professional, cars were clean. Received texts to notify when they were on their way. They were so prompt and efficient.

Cabbie was punctual and on time. The cab was clean and the fare reasonable. Better experience as opposed to walking when you are running late I guess.

Great service. Automated with great operators too. Quick pick up. Plenty of fleet. Best service in Port Augusta.

Have used the service a few times, never been disappointed. One time the person over the phone misheard my destination but when I told the cab driver the actual destination, he knew where it was, didn't make a fuss and got me there. If you are in remote areas where uber doesn't exist, this is a great, albeit a tad bit more expensive, alternative.

Exceptional friendly professional service, top quality drivers and vehicles, a pleasure to use this service, 5 stars highly recommend.

Called for a cab at 1: 46 and waited around till 2: 32 and got the message that taxi was approaching yet now it’s 2: 53 and no taxi rocked up so I ended up calling them back and man on the phone said he will book me another cab as the cab I previously booked said he picked me up. I just ended up cancelling was just a complete mess around and waste of my time

Over an hour long wait after 3 phone calls and still no taxi despite being 'next on list' on a very quiet Thursday night and watching several empty taxis drive past. Can walk one side of Port Augusta to the other quicker.

Had to wait half an hour for the taxi to show up late after booking it the night in advance, because the taxi was late I've missed the bus and there's no more scheduled until tomorrow

Considering i called at 12: 38pm & said id be at premier stateliner at 1pm, which it did, 2 taxi's came & picked up 2 other people who obviously called after me. I am really annoyed to be made to wait 15mins than i should have (its now 1: 15pm & ive rung twice since & both times got promised the next taxi)
