Tim was fabulous. He drove us to & from the airport & couldn't have been more helpful & obliging, especially when the flight was VERY late.

I was at Victor Harbour yesterday I was ready to hop in the car but the taxi driver was smoking heavily out the front of his vehicle I am a non smoker and I don't need to smell the driver smoke in the car.

As a regular visitor to Victor/Pt Elliot & Goolwa & not one for loyalties to one single caffe, restaurant or even taxi service I was a little put off by an extraordinary act of foolishness recently by what I would describe as Bullying, Verbal Assault or just plain thuggery by a "guy" driving an Orcas Taxi towards a "woman" driving a Peninsula Taxi.

As I was with my wife, she preferred I not get involved but from what I observed it seems that the "guy" needs to seek some professional help to manage his "Anger Issues" or the general "Narcissistic personality disorder"

As I've traveled with both companies from time to time in the Victor region I can say the drivers do everything they can to achieve a positive outcome for the passenger. Similarly do the drivers in the metropolitan area of Adelaide.

Apart from the angry driver issue, maybe in these trying times a little more transparent engagement might be a good idea between competing management ideologies and leave the drivers out of the problems caused by corporate greed.

Taxis! Maybe I am just tired of people who complain because they have time, mostly because they have time to sit on their lazy centerlink inspired butts accepting payments provided by people like taxi drivers or hotel staff and the like who work and pay taxes.

Victor is not downtown Hindley Street, so get over yourselves and stay in your bogan city. When you visit our great town show some respect.

Ive caught many a taxi over my life in Victor and I respect the long hours and pitiful payment the drivers get, at least I "Tip" my drivers from each company.

The taxi companies in Victor have as much trouble (actually more) finding people to do the Job because of Government red tape because over paid clerks in Government need to validate their existence.

Drivers; Your doing a tough job and doing it well.

Terrible service, poor management and very unreliable, never on time and the drivers are arrogant, just as bad as orcas. Useless taxi companies the Fleurieu has.

My Mother, 91, has got so upset so many times after booking in advance for appointments and being let down and missing them. Even when she does actually get to these things and orders a cab to get home she has waited over an hour some times, terrible service.

Taxi dude took me the the long way around, even though I asked him to go on a certain street.
It cost me nearly twice as much as it shld have.
I will not be using them again.

Don’t even bother! Tried to pre book a taxi for transport to and from a wedding in goolwa got an email confirming details and also saying that “an operator will contact you shortly” never heard any more from this company and had to sort out own transport out last time I’ll ever bother with any taxi service to be honest!

Booked a taxi through these guys, was not on time and when enquired were the cab was that I pre booked I was told that they were finished for the night I was left stranded luckily that there was another taxi service was running never recommend des's bad service

We used the service to take us from Victor to Cape Jervis, they were very helpful and punctual, vehicle was nice and clean, so would be happy to use them again.

Pathetic service. Claims 24.7 and has no drivers after 6pm mon to thurs

Service listed as being 24/7 and so we ordered a taxi at 2am after attending a wedding on a farm in Middleton. The man on the phone said a taxi would be 15 to 20 minutes away. However, we were left waiting out on the road for 30 minutes so we called again and the woman on the phone said that all the taxi drivers had retired for the night and so would be unable to pick us up. We were left stranded outside and freezing in the middle of winter.

Victor harbor taxi doesn't run after 10pm so the entire south of adelaide around Victor harbor has no night time taxi service at all as of 2021 may wouldn't recommend traveling there at all

PRE-BOOKED a taxi for 19: 15 to make a dinner reservation to be told the taxi is taking a larger job to Gawler and will not arrive for another 30 minutes past the pre-booked time. Lady on the phone was rude, unsympathetic and clearly money comes first with this business. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Save your time and use another local taxi firm.
